Bought some cod fish and Argentina red shrimp to cook that evening for dinner. The customer serves was great and the young man helping us cut our cod to the size we needed for 4 people. Great place to get seafood!!!!

Man o man it was sooo great !!I had to bring a dozen clams & oysters home to cook them on my BBQ grill for the first time & the oysters took forever but taking them off the grill Soo hot and juicy I'll never be the same !!I found out they sold out and are closing 7-31-22.Better hurry....

Great seafood spot for locals, with a small eat in area. Peel n eat shrimp 1 lb for $10! Can't get that anywhere in Florida! Great prices in fried fish too. They even had key lime pie and carrots cake! We'll be back!

Hidden gem in NSB. Been coming here for 34 years and can’t believe I just found this place!! The people are so nice and friendly. Oysters are top notch and not an arm and a leg. Great local friendly seafood. Would give 10 stars if possible.

We love finding local gems like this one. Not overly impressive from the outside, like lots of beachside eateries, but the food was very good. The fish was fresh, lightly battered and delicious. Service is fast and friendly. The only reason for 4 star, the restrooms weren't up to par.

Never dined here. They sale over the counter fresh fish and sea food. We always buy fish here it is the freshest and best around. Highly recommend!

Ocean's Seafood is where I go to buy fresh seafood. Although I'm a fishing guide, there are certain things I don't get to fish for often and they usually have it, fresh and ready to go. My number one purchase is Tuna Steaks. They've always been really good. We've also gotten Wahoo and Swordfish. Both were great. I've never eaten at the restaurant, but customers I've sent there rave about it. This place would be 5 stars if it wasn't for limited parking and difficulty getting out of their lot; not their fault, but just a pain at times. Definitely worth a visit for your seafood needs!

This visit was for the seafood case, did not eat there. Great selection of fresh fish today. Picked up some red snapper fillets, sword, fresh jumbo shrimp, (perfect for making baked stuffed), and some beautiful looking halibut. Excellent, friendly service as usual. Always my go-to after a beach day in New Smyrna.

Always a treat when visiting NSB from out of town. Fried fish is good and so is the shrimp. The fries and onion rings are good too. Service has been good - both times we ate inside. Not a formal place for inside eats. You go up to the counter to place your order, it’s mostly self-service, but they do bring the food out to you. It’s an unassuming place, but it’s totally the best. Will return on our next trip.

A really nice place for dinner or lunch. Food was excellent and plenty. They also have fresh seafood to take home incase your in the mood to cook.

The fried fish was terrible, the fries are the processed type and not real potatoes, and the onion rings are the frozen type you get in the grocery store. To top it off we were overcharged $10.00 which we didn’t realize until we got back home. Would never go back there again!

We have used Oceans for years as the place to get a decent selection of fresh fish, really good crab cakes, and excellent homemade soups. But something has changed. Maybe the ownership. Certainly the folks behind the counter. This week, we got our usual fare for a lite dinner for two……a pair of crab cakes and a frozen container of Manhattan clab chowder. I noticed that the board behind the counter showed no other soups available and it listed the price of the crab cakes there too….something different. When we cooked the soup and crab cakes, we realized that something had really changed. The soup didn’t seem to have any clams and there was some strange kind of “filler” that did not enhance the texture or flavor. One close look at the crab cake revealed that these were not the ones we had enjoyed for years. Over 90 percent breading. Yuk! We both tossed them down the drain. What has happened at Ocean’s Seafood in NSB? I don’t know, but its not good anymore.

This place used to be great. Not only did Ocean's handle the pandemic terribly, but the quality of food has gone downhill drastically over the last few years. The fish sandwiches are now dry, overcooked, and too salty. The key lime pie has lost its freshness and is too sweet. During the height of the pandemic employees stopped wearing masks and stopped enforcing social distancing. It was disrespectful and dangerous to their customers. There are plenty of better grouper sandwiches in New Smyrna Beach. Go to Outriggers, Boston's or Off the Hook and you'll be better off.
