I was working late and my wife really wanted a BLTA and I was jonesing for the Royal Red Sheimp Sammy, however my last appt ran over and I wasn’t able to get there before closing. He said “Just get here before 9 when I leave and I’ll have it waiting for you”! I got there at 8:25 and sure enough he had it waiting for me. It was so good when I got home and my wife was really really happy! Happy wife happy life they say and thank you Paco Submarine for amazing service and incredible Sammy’s! You can really taste the love in the food, so thank you again!!!

I had an amazing lunch here, I got The Whaler and some fries. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the quality was top notch. I loved it so much, I came back the next day…AND the day after that. While I loved every sandwich, I think my personal favorite was the Smoked Lamb Wrap. And be sure to leave room for pie, I had the Key Lime and Strawberry Thyme, again, both were excellent. I will definitely be coming back.

My hubby wanted to try Paco submarines, I don’t care for sub sandwiches. These are not really sub sandwiches, they are house made fresh ingredients, absolutely delicious, hand cut fries, we love going to Paco’s to try out his newest concoctions! If you have not tried this restaurant, you have to go, you will not be disappointed!??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious! We stopped in on Saturday, Oct 19th on a recommendation from staff at another restaurant. We were not disappointed! We had the Smoked Lamb Wrap, The Paco Burger and Boardwalk Fries OC Style. Both sandwiches were amazing and the dipping sauce for the fries was incredible. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Brian. We will definitely stop in the next time we are in NSB.

Girlfriend saw this place on an instagram reel, went for the fries (voted #1 in Volusia/flagler county btw). We decided to try today’s (sept 12) specials and whoa… talk about delicious.
The puglisi was great, it was everything I wanted in an Italian sub. The best part was the spicy mayo and pickled onions. The flavor combination was mouth watering.
Girlfriend grabbed the saki… ? the pork was incredible. Juicy. Delicious. The flavors of the lemongrass complemented the Smokey flavor of the pork and the lime sauce sealed the deal. Amazing.
The sub rolls are fire, not some huge bread induced filler that you can barely tell what’s in the Sammie… no. Not here. The rolls used were soft and thin enough that every bite you could taste flavor.
Even though the subs were great. The fries were the bomb. We got them “OC” way, basically just old bay. The fries are hand-cut and crispy, no wonder they were awarded Best in the county.
A bunch of items are smoked right on premise, kudos to the Chef/Owner for having something great for reasonable prices.
Great food and great service! Y’all-this Caesar salad was ridiculous! Piled high with grated cheese and full of a delicious dressing! 10/10. Fried chicken sandwich was great and the fries were super crispy and salty. Def would come again!

The wall adorns a giant jaguar shark that stares down at you as you devour something far more satisfying than revenge. Paco Submarine is a deep dive into culinary genius, captained by chef-owner Brian.
Brian’s sandwiches transcend your typical deli fare. His combinations of flavors feel like an expedition to uncharted territories—bold, inventive, and downright delicious. Every bite is a journey, whether it’s a perfectly balanced blend of tangy, sweet, and savory or a surprise twist of spice that feels like a well-executed mission. And let’s talk about his pies—if his sandwiches are the expedition, his pies are the treasure you didn’t know you were looking for. They're creamy, rich, and just the right amount of indulgent.
