My experience at this location has not been positive lately. The soda machine has been out of order- the BUBBLY flavor has been faulty for a number of days now. I’m not sure if it gets checked. There are no other sugar free options. BOTH restrooms were out of order today. Unsatisfactory

First time going to New Smyrna location and it will definitely be the last. I only ordered two breakfast items and took for ever to get my food and when I got it I was very disappointed! The bread was burnt. Will not be returning.

This store has to be the slowest Panera I have ever been to. They are never busy but it somehow always takes 15 minutes to get your food. Whoever that manages this store needs to get this store up to speed and work on efficiency. Take note from other local stores on how to make this place better! We live right down the street and would like to continue visiting your restaurant but the service is awful.

Wow! I came here to pick up some food and the manager is actually on the phone talking to somebody when there's people at the register wanting to order. Wow! No wonder why they got the ratings they do

I doubt I will come to this location again despite living close by and enjoying the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. There was a long female appearing black hair on a cucumber of my Veggie sandwich which I ordered in the Drive Thru. Not to mention the service is incredibly slow, the workers do not seem the most happiest or thrilled, and the inside of the restaurant looks like it has not been swept or mopped since they opened.

This location can NEVER get your order correct. The last 5 orders i had had to be either refunded or remade do to simply not making or delivering what was ordered. Also the drive thru wait time is ridiculous
