Whether you order online or in store, the wait here is awful. They certainly need to look into hiring more staff. The current staff is quite pleasant actually. However, the work load is too much for them to keep up. I’ve sat in a drive thru line for about 20 minutes at one point. That shouldn’t be drive thru service.

I hate giving bad reviews but Worst Panera I’ve ever been to I have been here every single day for a week straight and i order the exact same thing broccoli and cheese soup (every time it’s like jello) and grilled cheese (burnt or not even grilled) I shoulda took pictures oh my god i got a raw grilled cheese once that wasn’t even flipping toasted every single day I go back in an get it re made an it’s still a fail every time like such a fail I laugh please hire an actually cook and not a teenager who doesn’t know the difference between cooked an raw I’ve spent over 150$ on uncooked food I imagine how many people have gotten sick from uncooked meat!!!

I do mostly take out but I am enjoying the banana and strawberry smoothie, macaroons and the orange/ cranberry breakfast loaf. My grandson loves their Mac and Cheese

DRIVE-THRU WAIT TIME IS ATROCIOUS!!! Been here on several occasions and ALWAYS waiting too long in Drive-Thru. I do mobile order pickups and same thing every time! Also what makes me the most angry about the wait time is that this Panera Bread has 2 Drive-Thru holding spots in front of the restaurant. WHY ARE YOU NOT USING THESE HOLDING SPOTS? Isn’t that what there for, to not hold up your Drive-Thru. Especially if I have a mobile order to pick-up! DO BETTER PANERA! Your food is already SOOOO Expensive! Don’t let this ALSO be your downfall!

My experience at this location has not been positive lately. The soda machine has been out of order- the BUBBLY flavor has been faulty for a number of days now. I’m not sure if it gets checked. There are no other sugar free options. BOTH restrooms were out of order today. Unsatisfactory

This store has to be the slowest Panera I have ever been to. They are never busy but it somehow always takes 15 minutes to get your food. Whoever that manages this store needs to get this store up to speed and work on efficiency. Take note from other local stores on how to make this place better! We live right down the street and would like to continue visiting your restaurant but the service is awful.
