My experience at this location has not been positive lately. The soda machine has been out of order- the BUBBLY flavor has been faulty for a number of days now. I’m not sure if it gets checked. There are no other sugar free options. BOTH restrooms were out of order today. Unsatisfactory

This location can NEVER get your order correct. The last 5 orders i had had to be either refunded or remade do to simply not making or delivering what was ordered. Also the drive thru wait time is ridiculous

Surprised by the lack of care. Thought it would be a nice experience being a new Panera. It was not busy maybe one other order in front of ours. We ordered at the kiosk and went to get our drink cups as the kiosk said, saw them on the food counter next to our ticket and asked to grab them. The lady in the window seemed put off that we would ask and told us it would all be ready together but eventually was okay with us getting g our drinks before the order was up.
