We were thrilled to find a Pizza Hut with dine-in seating, and a lunch buffet. There is no salad bar or Italian dressing available for the side salad. Everything else was fresh, hot and really good. The staff was great. Thanks to Caleb for the great service. We will return when we're back in the area.

They delivered half our order and you can’t reach the store. Seams like Pizza Hut just sends you around till you get frustrated and quit. Same with the chat service. They need to do company wide review. They have the worst customer service. I don’t post much but this is ridiculous.

Stepping back into the past. I grew up with Pizza Hut in high school so I was surprised to find a Pizza Hut with a dining room and still doing a buffet. Great service, fresh variety of pizza kept coming out as I was there. Made a nice lunch

Had the pizza buffet. The service was stellar, did not have to ask for refills, the server checked on us often. We enjoyed the selection and fresh pizzas but did hope for a bit more variety. All in all, it was very good and we will be back.

Horrendous experience! We went for the lunch buffet and it wasn't even that busy. There were probably 5 tables that were taken and the rest of them were filthy. The food was sitting for a long period and getting cold. The sauce for the breadsticks was ice cold. The waitress didn't bring our drinks or silverware until half way through and she messed our drinks up 3 times and never did get them correct. Plus she was distracted with her toddler child and it didn't appear that the child had any other caregiver that was available. The dessert breadsticks were hard and cold. The picture was taken around 1pm, an hour before they stopped the buffet.

The employees had no customer service skills. They all looked like they were bored and weren't friendly.
Order was 1-1/2 hours to deliver. Called store to che k on the order and was hung up on by a rude guy who wouldn’t give name, only thing was his accent. The delivery driver was pulled over on his way so food was cold when arrived. First world problems but the jerk hanging up instead of helping was what sent me over the edge most. Other options out there instead of to deal with this.

Don’t order delivery. They hand it off to door dash and you end up waiting forever for a cold pizza and forgotten items. I would have never ordered if I knew they don’t even deliver their own pizzas. Dominoes delivers.

My husband and I were talking about the fact that we had not ordered Pizza Hut in years. We questioned why we hadn't, since we both enjoyed it so much. We always liked the PAN pizza. So tonight we ordered one large PAN pizza with crispy cupped pepperoni and mushrooms. We were really looking forward to it. What a letdown!!! I don't think it could have been worse. Skimpy sauce and cheese, the wrong pepperoni, and a horribly strong chemical taste, I'm assuming from the cheap spray on the pans before cooking. It was AWFUL!!! $30 and we didn't eat it. The couple of bites I took have left a taste in my mouth that I won't soon forget. It's so gross. I saw that they were doing an all you can eat lunch buffet, that reminded me of my youth, and I have been rounding up my girlfriends to go for lunch next week, I will definitely be canceling that. Such a shame. We have pizza at least once a week, but, sadly, $30 for crap is not in our budget.
