Order was 1-1/2 hours to deliver. Called store to che k on the order and was hung up on by a rude guy who wouldn’t give name, only thing was his accent. The delivery driver was pulled over on his way so food was cold when arrived. First world problems but the jerk hanging up instead of helping was what sent me over the edge most. Other options out there instead of to deal with this.

Don’t order delivery. They hand it off to door dash and you end up waiting forever for a cold pizza and forgotten items. I would have never ordered if I knew they don’t even deliver their own pizzas. Dominoes delivers.

My husband and I were talking about the fact that we had not ordered Pizza Hut in years. We questioned why we hadn't, since we both enjoyed it so much. We always liked the PAN pizza. So tonight we ordered one large PAN pizza with crispy cupped pepperoni and mushrooms. We were really looking forward to it. What a letdown!!! I don't think it could have been worse. Skimpy sauce and cheese, the wrong pepperoni, and a horribly strong chemical taste, I'm assuming from the cheap spray on the pans before cooking. It was AWFUL!!! $30 and we didn't eat it. The couple of bites I took have left a taste in my mouth that I won't soon forget. It's so gross. I saw that they were doing an all you can eat lunch buffet, that reminded me of my youth, and I have been rounding up my girlfriends to go for lunch next week, I will definitely be canceling that. Such a shame. We have pizza at least once a week, but, sadly, $30 for crap is not in our budget.

Usually Pizza Hut is good. However, I was so disappointed last night. Our pizza was delivered almost 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time. We only ordered pizza because our kids were having a friend over. I wasn’t in the mood for pizza so I ordered wings and fries. $5 for a small handful of fries is CRAZY! McDonald’s gives more fries than that and at least theirs are hot. These were barely warm, it looked like someone ate half the fries that should have been there. The wings were barely warm. Super disappointed.

had lunch here with the wife today. the food was ok for what it was; if you've had pizza hut before you know what to expect and that's just what we wanted. this particular location has a buffet and we went there for the red roof and the nostalgia factor. however the thing that really impressed us was the service. lynn and mike were oustanding and made us feel like family. we will definitely go back next time we have a craving for some old school pizza hut buffet. also the prices were very reasonable and a good value. ?

We had the pleasure of being served by Toni at Pizza Hut, and let me tell you, she made our dining experience exceptional! From the moment we walked in, Toni greeted us with a warm smile and attentive service. She was on top of everything—our drinks were always full, and she made sure our food came out piping hot and fresh. We ordered a delicious pizza with all the toppings and some cinnamon sticks on the side, and everything was absolutely perfect.
Toni went above and beyond, checking in just enough to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. She even offered some great suggestions for toppings, which we loved! This was easily one of the best Pizza Hut experiences we’ve had in a long time, thanks to Toni’s friendly and professional attitude. Highly recommend asking for her if you want top-notch service.

I have always gotten a decent pizza from this location. Sometimes the sauce and extras are skimpy but this last pizza was just plain terrible. We bought the new crispy pepperoni pizza and it was horrible. Pepperoni was tiny, thick, not crispy at all and taste nothing like American pepperoni. The pepperoni oil left a taste through the whole pizza, overwhelmed it. The sauce was even worse, it most definitely wasn't pizza sauce but it was it was bad. It tasted like a unsweetened barbecue sauce at best. I have no idea what it was and this pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten, not. Some people make like it but not for me.
