Girl on the phone was so RUDE I will never visit again. I called the restaurant and was answered with a short “Prima.” I asked my question politely, and she responded with just “I can’t hear you.” meanwhile, there is a bunch of noise behind her - so I said “Oh I’m sorry I’m in a quiet place so there’s not much else I can do.. is there any chance you could move somewhere to hear me better?” She hung up on me. I tried to call again, and she picked up the phone and hung it up. Very unprofessional and uncalled for.

First time patron at this restaurant. Had a pretty poor experience with the service, as well as the pizza. Surprised, given the number of good reviews. The pizza was tasty, however QC of the pizza leaving the kitchen was definitely lacking. Management was dismissive when the issue was brought up. For other first time patrons interested in ordering takeout, their website menu prices haven’t been updated in over a year and there will be a 3% credit card fee. No problem with raising prices due to inflation, however you’ve got to update your website to reflect that or it’s false advertising. Also, a credit card fee is fine, but let the customer know before you run their card.

4.8??? The pizza is the worst I’ve had in the area. The pizza dough taste like rubber and separates from the topping. Their salad was also terrible. Will never go to again.

My fiancé placed a pick-up order and was told it would be 25 minutes, which was about the drive time it took to get there. We even got ready to give them more time before leaving. When we arrived, a waitress took our name and payment. No mention of when it would be ready. We stood inside and then outside, and then inside again for over half an hour, possibly more. It was at the end of dinner time and the staff was busy, so we understood and gave it more time. The woman who initially cashed us out had time to sit at a table and chat with other guests at one point, and another gentleman wound up taking care of us after we realized this was taking longer than it should and we asked for help. Including our drive time, it was well over an hour wait for our food to later find out it was sitting off to the side the entire time. We were awkwardly glanced at and reached around multiple times, but no one checked to see if we needed anything. The food was cold and overall it was a disappointing experience.

Favorite pizza place in NSB. Lemon Caesar salad and a margarita pizza add pepperoni is my go to. I literally crave this place. 10/10. Great staff and always worth the wait.

If you are looking for anywhere open after hurricane Milton, this is the place to be! They are absolutely crushing it with half staff and still making customers happy. Been here many times, but this was amazing. One of the only places open within a few miles. Owners truly care!
