During my recent visit to Riverpark Terrace, I uncovered a hidden gem that left a lasting impression. This charming restaurant offers an ambiance that's second to none, especially in its outdoor garden. The setting is truly magical, with enchanting lighting and towering trees creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for those seeking a tranquil dining experience amidst nature. The culinary journey at Riverpark Terrace was equally impressive. The menu, featuring a variety of dishes, did not disappoint. We indulged in the burger, salmon, and steak, each dish perfectly cooked and bursting with flavors. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was visually appealing, enhancing the overall dining experience.Adding to the restaurant's charm was the live music on Saturday night. The performance was fantastic, creating a lively yet cozy atmosphere that complemented the setting beautifully. It was a delightful addition that truly elevated our evening. However, no experience is without its flaws. The one aspect that Riverpark Terrace could improve on is the service. Unfortunately, our waitress did not embody the welcoming and friendly demeanor expected at such a fine establishment. Her approach was somewhat cold, which was a stark contrast to the warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant. This discrepancy was noticeable and slightly marred an otherwise wonderful dining experience. In conclusion, Riverpark Terrace is a splendid choice for those in search of excellent cuisine in a stunning outdoor setting. The restaurant offers a memorable experience with its delightful garden, exquisite food, and enchanting live music. However, the level of service, particularly from our waitress, was the only aspect that did not meet the high standards set by the other facets of the restaurant. With improvement in this area, Riverpark Terrace could truly become flawless. Despite this, I would still recommend a visit to this hidden gem, for its positives far outweigh the minor setback we encountered.Kid-friendliness: Not really kids friendly!

It was my birthday and we had a large party. The server made me feel special and did a great job taking care of our entire group. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was a lovely evening.

This was my favorite restaurant in 2020 when we discovered it until 2022. We loved it so much that we had our daughter’s wedding reception there. What great memories! Excellent food and service and atmosphere. Beth always made sure it was a memorable time with great atmosphere and food. In 2023 many changes were made which we believe are for the worse. Beth’s standards are not being met and I believe others are pushing it. I can list the decline from fall 22 to present day but if you have been there lately, you know the decline. Just know it is NOT the quality delightful spot it used to be. We dined there on New Years and the meal was mediocre and expensive (but they brought me a $.50 new year head band -but, I would have preferred a slice of good bread). I wrote it off to a busy Holiday but when I took a friend last Sunday my pear salad tasted like preserved greens with canned pears. Terrible. The salmon on top was the worst I have ever had served to me anywhere! The quality has slipped as has the crowd! Please study what you are doing and make some changes BACK to what you used to be! Please!

We went for a family dinner, and requested a table an area where we could have 2 highchairs. One of the highchairs had straps that were broken and could not be used when our baby slipped through due to no latches they provided us with another chair that was so dirty and gross we hardly wanted to put our child in it. The place was cute and would be great to enjoy the live music on weekends but we didn't experience this as we went on a week night. We loved the food, the sauteed mussles were good, but we could have used a few more pieces of bread to enjoy with the sauce. The main dishes is where we would say the excelled at... sweet tea pork chop was excellent and melted in your mouth. The coconut curry with shrimp and fresh fish of the day had a great flavor but a tad spicy, as two of us ordered this and felt the spice was a tad too much since we both asked for it on the milder/sweeter side -- this did not happen. The steak au poivre was great and cooked exactly as we requested, the mashed potatoes had good flavor and the asparagus was a tad firm. The scallops were cooked perfectly with a nice flavor profile. I would say our daughters cheese burger was a tad overcooked and would have been our only food complaint. The desserts change depending on the time you go, we tried the carrot cake and eggnog cheese cake both of which we would not get again. The main menu doesn't change much so the item choices would be limited, so look at the menu before going. We have tried more than once and had better food on the weekend than a week night...its as though they have different chefs at different times.Parking: You can park on the street in front of the restaurant or on the street to the sideKid-friendliness: Highchairs need some cleaning and repairs

We have eaten at Riverpark Terrace before and we were excited to return. We’ve been here before both for take out and dinner out in the garden terrace. The outdoor space can be very romantic. It was cold, so I was glad they seated us inside, which is very pretty. It wasn’t packed - probably half the tables were seated. Unfortunately,it took almost an hour for our dinner to arrive after ordering promptly and we were so exhausted (arriving at 6:55 pm, ordered almost immediately and our dinner - chicken thighs for my husband and the pear salad for me) arrived after 8:00) At that point it didn’t matter how good the food was, we ate half and had it packed to go. Really disappointed - the menu is fantastic, but our waitress basically disappeared after the cauliflower appetizer without a mention of the over hour wait. It was disappointing. We’ll be hesitant to return - or will go when we have extra patience. And buyer beware - if you ask for bread, it is a $9 charge.

Amazing vibe and great food. Reminds me of Blue Heaven in Key West. Great singer. Unique food. I’m not drinking alcohol and they made me a marvelous mocktail. Will come back.

It took two hours to get our food. We had a new waitress and they left her hanging. When we finally got our food the manager stopped by our table and asked how is everything and quickly left before everyone could respond. He knew it was a screw up.This place use to be very good but something changed and it shows. Probably my last time here. The price is too high to put up with the service. They were out of a couple of items on the menu and didn’t let us know until long after we ordered.
