Sea Vista Motel & Tiki Bar

Came to the tiki bar to enjoy the beach with the family. Evidently there is a new policy that no persons under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool, even if they are patrons of the tiki bar and under adult supervision. We were approached by a man with a bull horn who very rudely informed us that we had to get out of the pool area. If you're looking for a family friendly place, look elsewhere. Will most Definitely be taking our business elsewhere next time.

My wife and I love this place it has an old Florida feel a real classic and very laid back can't wait to return!

Smoking bar. Good drinks

Me and my boyfriend booked a room here and decided to go sit at the bar for a couple drinks, as soon as we sat down the couple next to us said they haven’t been helped in over 20 minutes and proceeded to leave to go to another restaurant. We sat there for about 30 minutes before I had to go around the corner to order us drinks. We walked over and got our first few rounds of drinks and not a single time did we get greeted or asked if we needed anything. I finally walked back over and asked both bartenders (girl with brown hair and a claw clip in and a guy) if they help the other side of the bar. They said they were busy and understaffed and if we wanted drinks we would have to continue walking over to get our drinks. I don’t get what the point in having a full bar is if you can only help one corner. I then proceeded to tell them that I work in the service industry and never have had such a horrible experience waiting this long to get helped. The girl decided to call me dumb for sitting over there for an hour and not getting helped as well as a few other comments that once again if your trying to make money that isn’t going to get you anywhere. She seemed miserable with her job. As I walked away she then went to all her other customers at the bar screaming and raving about me and what happened all because of the few things I said. Hands down once of the worst experiences I’ve had at a place ever in my life. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU SEEM MISERABLE DO NOT BE A BARTENDER. On top of that the rooms were dirty and gross.

Giving a one star review because I went to the bar that is connected to the place and when I got there I went up the bar about 3 times and all 3 times no one came over to me so the 4th time I went to the other side and I asked them if they weren’t giving service to the other side of the bar and when I said that the bartender started going off on me which is real unprofessional and wanted to get a smart mouth when I didn’t tip obviously I’m not going to tip if you are rude to me over asking a simple question the bartender had her hair in a clip I know that doesn’t really explain her but I wouldn’t recommend going to this bar if you aren’t a regular obviously they don’t do good with new customers

Just left this place 2-21-26 at 4pm. They get a 1 star just for being shity.

My group came in and sat at a bar and no one came up to us, so we figured maybe we gotta go to the other side. I go stand in a line and wait with a menu, finally a dude ask me what I wanted I said my group is sitting on the other side and want to order food. He said when there's a line they stay with the line, I said im in the line and im next , and my group is sitting on the other side of the bar to him.

We never got service, however if I only wanted alcohol he would have served me because I was in the line. So basically if you want food don't come here, if you only want alcohol go stand in line and get your drinks. We wanted both and spent zero because we never got served, mind you the bar wrapped around the Lil kitchen, its just alcohol sales are more important

Absolutely love this place!! Been coming here for years and plan on continuing that for many years to come!!

Pros: right on the beach with a tiki bar that serves lunch and dinner/grill specials. Decent pool area. Wide sandy beach for bike/e-bike riding. Short distance to Flagler the main area for restaurants and shopping.
Cons: motel needs serious updating. Breakers trip so you don’t have electricity which staff knows. Told them when I checked out certain outlets didn’t work. They were very nice saying if we would have told them they would have fixed it right away. I told them we didn’t want to be disturbed or moved. We had already settled in for 2 nights. The toilet needed a whole new handle and flapper assembly. The owner I’m sure knows repairs and updates need to be done and they should be done prior to patrons checking into their room not during. For the money I would suggest staying elsewhere.

While the location and views were beautiful, the rooms were a different story, we were originally in a room facing the ocean which was decent and when we wanted to extend our stay one more day we were given a new room which was horrifying!! The bathroom was covered in mold, it took thirty minutes for the water to get warm and there was just a lingering musty smell through out the room. We woke up at 10am after getting in at 3am and there was construction and painting happening directly outside of our door, some of the Maintenance guys were drinking an smoking behind the building which was right outside of our room

Not the best vacation they had an adorable little kind of balcony type would like two chairs and like a p a little area with sand for kids to play and there was a big signs everywhere saying no smoking and I get it because it would be nice to just sit out there. Watch kids playing in the sand except we could not stay out there long because every one including the janitors were smoking and it just stank, and our kids were coughing and we just had to go back inside and in the room there was no rug or carpet and it was just sand everywhere not the best experience

I love coming here for the views and some relaxation but they definitely need to hire new bartenders a group of us stop going due to how horrible there drinks are.
