I’ve never been so disappointed in Starbucks as someone who loves the food and drinks and have never had problems with the staff until today, I walked in with my two teenage friends just grabbing Starbucks for the beach, and we ordered and just starting off giving dirty looks, and making it feel like a chore to take our order. The girl takes our orders, we made a joke and started dancing, and the staff screamed at us “so are u gonna order or not” and I was so caught off guard just for being a teenager and having a personality. It was just so disrespectful, it only got worse, we said no thank you politely and then waited for my friends drinks. We go to grab our drinks and they switched our drinks, I said it very respectfully “hi I’m so sorry but I think u got the orders wrong” and explained how they were wrong. The girl gives me such a dirty look and replies “I’m confused” I tried explaining again and she just looked again at me and took the drinks. It was just such a bad interaction and I would except more for grown adults to be respectful to teenagers. It just shows me where I want to put my money and i definitely will not be going back to have to deal with those staff members again. I might be a teenager but I still deserve the same respect we give to adults especially how much I spend at Starbucks, it’s just disappointing.

Why is it so difficult to stir the sugar in the hot espresso before adding the cold milk? Who wants their sugar on the bottom!!! Why do your people get mad when we ask you to remake it because we want to taste the sugar. We already have to look at dudes dressed as woman. Come on!!!

I don’t know what has happened to Starbucks over the last few years, but the employees do not seem to know what they are doing. Ordered a Frappuccino and he gave it to me with a flat lid no whipped cream This is the third drink that I’ve had made wrong this week
I called and they refused to give their name or the managers name. They never offered to remake the drink. It’s obvious someone didn’t know what they were doing. And that’s the managers fault. This isn’t a one time thing, it’s a regular occurrence.

Aaron is truly an amazing barista, we are always so happy to hear his voice. He takes customer service to a whole new level. Everyone here is very nice I will add , Aaron just has blown my mind with the level of service and personal attention to his customers and getting to know them. Some might think this is just a job but Aaron treats everyone like a VIP. I was sooooo impressed with Aaron that I called Corporate to give him recognition for his OUTSTANDING work about 6 weeks ago but he was not recognized :(. Truly world class !!!

This has been my go to Starbucks, but today, horrible! We go here every weekend for an outing with my mom. The girls working today around 4 were awful, none of the employees did I recognize. Drinks were no where near correct, handed me an extra expresso shot in a little cup for one and a small cup of creamer to fix the second drink. Not ok. Terrible service. They didn’t listen, and thought something was funny. Very disappointed by this.

I love this Starbucks and the cleanliness, the coffee , location but most of all it would be for one employee specifically. Aaron Neighbors makes each and every person who walks through the door welcomed and special. He practically knows everyone by their first name when you enter , he makes you feel welcome! Aaron‘s greeting of “Welcome In” truly makes you feel welcome. He’s a multitasker and always keeping a smile on his face. This young man has a large personality and is a great representative for Starbucks. Aaron Neighbors is a great asset to your company. Starbucks is very lucky to have this young man on their team! Kudos to Aaron! Job well done!

This is a beautiful Starbucks .. the design of the building and the outside seating looks great ..! except for the fact it’s dirty ..All the outside furniture and patio needs washed..! a good barista can read your order and make your coffee the way you like it .. today I had a great barista ..! Thank you
