Rude staff needs to work on basic communication skills. I ordered kids meals, then noticed after I paid that she didn’t give me the side and drink. I waited patiently while she was with another guest, then asked and she told me in a nasty voice that she didn’t have them so she didn’t charge me and I’d have to wait if I want to buy more. Thats’s fine, but would’ve been nice to know? Same with my adult meal. Ordered chips, only to find out they had literally 1 bag left (no options). Again, wouldn’t been nice to know before I paid. And that’s just two of the many unpleasant parts of our visit. Do better, management!

I went inside walmart and decided to order the steak and cheese sub .well the young man was on his phone so of course had to wait for him to finish. The young lady came over and asked said could I help you. I ordered the new steak and cheese sandwich she got it ready and ask the man to toast it .the young helped another customer and made her salad .the young man asked me what I want on it I said just like it comes he thru a few onions on it with green peppers then proceeded to add the sauce witch he got most of it on his hands and then wrapped it up what MMB ess .under new management. W b at a joke

Walked out of the back with gloves on and started making my sandwich. I’m not confrontational but that freaked me out. I could see that his hands were filthy through the clear gloves. You can see dirt caked up under the guys fingernails and I said “never mind, you came from the back with your gloves on” then him and the female started to deny it. I walked away. I’ve never been that grossed out that I had to literally walk away.

Horrible experienc! I use to work at Subway for years and I was shocked by what I saw today at this location! The young man was very unfriendly, with his mask on his chin. (No big deal) Then he makes my food and rings me up with his GLOVES on..with those same gloves he then goes on to make the next guests food! He proceeded to cash her out with the SAME nasty gloves that he had not changed! My boyfriend went up to order something else (still hadn't changed his gloves) I watch him pull his pants up twice and rub his nose...ALL WITH THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES ON! Pandemic or not that is absolutely disgusting and should not happen! Someone needs to show this young man proper gloves wearing and hand washing!

Wanted dinner at 6:00 pm. The female assistant manager was the rudest, most horrible person I have ever encountered. She was closing the store 2 hours early but didn’t want to admit it. The metal windows were pulled and floor was wet. My husband who is an amputee battling cancer was waiting to come in because all the man wanted was a Meatball sub. Not gonna happen from this woman. She could care less about the customers, their food or the image of Subway which she represents. Do yourself a favor. Drive east a few miles to a different Subway. They won’t abuse you or your food. If you know what I mean. I’d like to tell you her name but she didn’t have the decency to let me know what it was. HORRIBLE. RUDE. ABUSIVE. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

Jessica - the big women with the neck tattoo had an attitude from the moment we walked in today. Made me feel very uncomfortable ordering food. Food was fresh, customer service was disgusting.

I ordered 4 foot long turkey subs tonight one i asked for a lil more mayo on it this man made the sub with so much mayo on top that it was completely inedible. Like i had to take all the toppings off because it was drenched in mayo

Went there for dinner got home and open my sandwich and not one but both sandwich were oat not Italian herbs and cheese went to call she never answer the phone it rang for about 2 minutes called back and then it was telling me number was no longer in service so I called the other store in Walmart and she said she will have her manager call me and that never happened so I don’t eat subway anymore that sucks I love subway and firehouse is to much money to eat there for 3-5 people now I’m scared to eat me $10.00 salad it was $7.50 the lettuce is brown as is Boycott subway now I can do that I did it to Wendy’s for about 5-10 years would not eat there at all
