Stopped by at 8pm when they were supposed to be open until 10pm and when we asked if they were still open the girl inside was very rude and acted like we were asking her to make a beef roast from scratch. Don't bother stopping if you want kind service.

I don't eat Subway often, but I enjoy it when I do. The only thing that stopped me from giving them a 5 was the lettuce was a little brown. The bread was fresh along with everything else. Service was fast and friendly.

Ordered online for subs, was ready when I walked into the restaurant, but these sandwiches were very disorganized, messy, with frozen vegetables throughout the subs. Definitely sloppy sandwich. Didn't get good customer service

I’m done with this place. Twice recently I’ve come in while they are making sandwiches for a mobile order and just stood around for several minutes, the only one in line, without even being acknowledged in any way. Not a “hello” or “we’ll be right with you”, simply ignored. This time there were three people behind the counter, one of which was doing nothing and just looked at us while also not speaking. Maybe I’m crazy, but at the very least you acknowledge the customer, then probably squeeze that small order out for the person standing there and go back to the mobile order, let alone if you have a third person just standing around. That seems like a common sense approach.Apparently if you want to be served, mobile order is the way to go, or go somewhere else. What terrible leadership this place must have.

They new person they hired didn’t even care to give two full scoops of meat in a foot long. We purchased two foot long, both had little more than one scoop of meat instead of two.She argued as well on how to pack the subs. It has been one of my favorite spot, but this experience has been very disappointingShe was super slow too
