Have been by this particular Tacobell multiple times and almost 1 out of every two times they forget most of the items in my small order…. this time there wasnt a line , barely anybody in the cafe area and they still proved it to me again… tried to phone and no pickup… i will never go back to This particular Tacobell… i appreciate the lack in service…. if you do go here check your order… thank me later

Did online order tracking status said order is being made so I drove up there took me only 10mins to get there im waiting lobby has like 6 people waiting one by one they get there order, im waiting and waiting not once they ask me anything it's finally been like 35mins and they ask me what I'm waiting for they ask for my order number and they tell me oh someone stole it lies how can someone steal my order if not once my order said it was ready the moment they seen it my order status said ready even though it wasn't at all the priorize the drive thru and another 10mins went by for my order to be ready horrible service in there they lie and don't care about the customers

I was gonna give a 5 star because the food is good but there were only 2 staffs working and no time to clean the girls restroom. They have not have the time to throw the garbage and i have to stop my breath so i could use the restroom. I was calling them to tell about it before i leave But they cannot hear me because both ladies had an earphone. So i just put this in the review to call their attention. 1/25/25 4:17 p leaving the area.
waited 45 mins for one coffee, they got got it wrong. came back in to the store to get my actual drink, waited another 30 mins for it. they got it wrong. keep in mind there was no one else in the store and only one person in the drive through at 6pm. so i left and will not be coming back.

Honestly, the staff are nice enough...but the wait times are atrocious and the order is almost NEVER right. Why is this happening?? Literally, every single thing in my bag was wrong. How does that happen?? I don't understand this at all. When we eat inside, it's all good. All fine. Don't ever go through the drive through!! Ever!!
Got the new green burrito with guacamole that I was charged extra for. What I got was half a pound of beans on a tortilla with nothing else. Very disappointed and angry.

Start of by manager very rude rest of employees complaining about how there ready to go home don’t want to be there. Make atmosphere very unpleasant. Next the food was not made right Mexican pizza taste like it had some kind of cleaner sprayed on it chicken quesadillas had very little chicken didn’t even cover the hole thing 2nd time in the last month I been there and food was horrible

Every single time i come in here or order from this taco bell workers are rude and my food is a gamble if its edible. I have worked at a taco bell before and these people are so lazy they should just stay home making tacos is NOT rocket science.
