By far the best Taco Bell ever, fast, great service and the food is accurate every time. If you’re into taco party packs, every now and then there will be one taco with one bite taken out of it. Not even mad, I get it. Enjoy that bite big dog.

Food was all correct and good but my biggest take away was the workers who helped me tremendously when I left my whole wallet in the restaurant and they made sure it was secure in the safe until I could get back there for it. They really did me a huge solid, and with society at an all time low recently its awesome to see good folks doing right by their customers and community, shout out to that whole Friday evening crew that was working! Thank You 🙏

The young man who served me today, named Robert, was a blessing! This young man is very kind, kind-hearted, and humble. He was patient enough to understand my terrible English hehe, even though I'm still learning. TERRIBLE!!!! Waited 20 minutes with 4 people working and not one person came up to us. Finally a worker said we can not take your order, that you can only do the kiosk. That could have been told to us in the 20 minutes we waited at the counter. Numerous people walked out. This is truly so poorly run. And it appears no one cares. Will not come back anymore. Del Taco is 100% better in EVERY aspect! !

Terrible experience at Taco Bell new smyrna beach, wrong order, rude staff, unsafe food handling, and refusal to identify management. Completely unacceptable. Corporate needs to address this.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Wrong order, rude staff (one wearing a ski mask), and an employee actually took half-eaten food back behind the counter. Asked for a manager’s name—everyone refused. Totally unacceptable and unsafe.

Order was messed up. Ordered x2 chips and guac and got literally zero chips in my bag. They messed up substitutions and put meat on my items I intended to be vegan.
Every time I’ve come late night they close early and claim to “run out of product”. Doesn’t matter what day of the week it is, they’re never open until 4. Hard to believe they run out product being a multi-billion dollar industry. If you’re not capable of late hours or making fast food….maybe don’t work at a Taco Bell lol
