Great experience at The Half Walk this afternoon. Teresa waited on us at the bar and she was awesome. We were also very excited to see Kimberly added to the staff. We know here from previous places she's worked and we love her. We both had the Black BeanBurger w/fries and it was absolutely perfect as usual. Love love love the black bean burger. Thank you Half Wall.

My husband has been here plenty of times and he loves it. He took me here for the first time (Monday football night) and I loved it. The inside is cute, spacious , and many TVs. We sat outside , had food and drinks. The food was great! My husband had the rack of ribs and per his words " best rack of ribs I have ever had". I had the order of wings and they were perfect! Crispy, saucy and full of flavor. Mojito was excellent and gave me just the good kinda buzz lol. Service was great!

Monday night and a decent crown. Outside bar manned by one guy. Waited 15 minutes for a Beer. Poor management to schedule so bad. Wings are the best in town. On this night, service is the Worst in town.

I got a grilled chicken salad which was absolutely delicious, but when we asked if the band can be a little quieter we were told no. My friend and I went for our 10 year high school reunion and couldn't speak to anyone while the band was playing. We even made a joke about it after the band would say they were going for a short break that we could finally talk to each other. The first drink I received didn't taste like it had any alcohol in it so I just ordered bottled beer for the rest of the evening. It was a fun atmosphere so I would still recommend it.

Great service amazing burgers. Great cucumber salad as well. This is going to become a regular stop on our road trips.

The half wall was SO good. The wait time for the food was short and the food was great. Highly recommend

This evening we wanted a good burger and fries which the Half Wall does well. When we got there at 4:00, a pretty slow time, a server seated us and said our server would be right with us. 5 minutes later we left ... there was no acknowledgment that we were even there. Servers were all over walking by us several times; a manager came out of the back to do an override for a server the proceeded to chat at someone at the bar - not even a scan of the tables to see how everyone was doing. When we left, nobody was in the front area. It will be awhile before we go back.

Don't order the Meatloaf. Wow. What did I eat? I was very hungry so I ate what I think was a slice of head cheese fried and then microwaved for 1 hour. What was it? I still don't know. I should have taken a pic of it. Looked nothing like "meat" even. Another dump you should avoid.

This is a great place to go if you like beer--they have tons on tap. The service was great, I've been here a couple times and they gave pretty good suggestions on beers and food. The food is pretty standard bar/brewery food, though we just had apps. Definitely will be back to try more!

Went twice, both times had over priced bar food that tasted like it was microwaved frozen foods And also during the second time the waitress was too busy doing other things to bother with us... will never go back ...

We really dug the staff and atmosphere in this place from the eponymous Half Wall to the fun and friendly staff. I'm a goofball and was torturing my youngest (17) telling everyone we meet it was his birthday. It wasn't! The staff was totally playing along and got into the fun. The food was very good I got something I never order out baby back ribs I really like to make my own. These ribs were good too and I enjoyed the wide selections of beer, I had a bout on coffee vanilla stout that was amaze socks! All in all a good experience!

Over priced bar food. The layout is awkward They should have torn the building down and reconfigured something with better flow

I want to write reviews for two of their restaurants that have the same owners, the former Half Wall on Canal St., currently Strugles and the Half Wall Brewery located in the old Pub 44. First of all I will tell you the food is very good at both of these restaurants but our recent experiences at both of these establishments will cause us not to go back. There are too many other good restaurants in the area that have good food and services. A couple of weeks ago took some friends to the Half Wall Brewery for dinner. There was a band playing outside where we wanted to sit but they were so loud that you could not talk (early 6-7pm) so we were going to sit inside where there were several open tables. We were told there would be at least a 45 minute wait because the kitchen was behind. We asked if we could at least sit at a table and order some drinks, the answer "NO". Why would any business owner turn down money. So we left and went to Strugles which is owed by the same people. When we got there there were a few people in the restaurant but not busy. I watched as they brought the orders to the three tables around us and something got sent back to the kitchen from each table (at least once). When they brought our order, for three of us, everything had to be returned to the kitchen to be redone. Last night we again went to the Half Wall Brewery. We entered the tiki bar area from the parking lot. My wife is in a wheel chair so we sat at one of the low tables for quite some time and no server ever came to our table. I finally went to find a server and was told that the section was closed but we could sit at one of the other tables which are all hi top tables. Again, with my wife in a wheel chair that was not an option. I asked to speak to the mgr and the waitress pointed inside and said that's him right there in the striped shirt. I went in and talked to him and told him our predicament and his only response was "sorry, that section is closed, we don't have the staff for it and if I let you sit there, everyone will want to sit there." The table we were sitting at was on the opposite side of a railing from the taller table, at least three ft away. There was a party sitting at one table getting ready to leave and no one else at any of the tables, tall or regular so staffing shouldn't have been an issue, nor was there any other customers around who would want to sit in that section. Once again we left and went to Ocean Breeze located across the street from Breakers. Had a very enjoyable dinner and good food & service. I believe that possibly the people that own the breakers and the Half Wall restaurants have made too much money and forgot that their money comes from paying patrons who receive good food and service.

Beer cheese on nachos were fantastic. Lots of beer choice available in can/bottle and draft. They have a few beers they make their own but the rest of the beers are primarily made throughout Florida.

Went here on a perfect day. Got my food at the bar and ate at the picking table. There's no service there but it was new and nice. I had the pork schnitzel sandwich with cole slaw. The restaurant is on a retention pond but is still nice. Service was very good. The food I had was also very good. I would definitely go back and try something else. This is the sister restaurant to Breakers on the beach... Go take a look.
