The Spott never disappoints with the quality of both the food and the service. On my last visit, the black drum caught locally in Ponce Inlet exceed my previous favorite of lion fish. Their filet is one of the best in town. Whether you are enjoying the “speak easy secrets” atmosphere upstairs for a pre-dinner drink or the vibrant energy of the dining room, it is always on point. The only thing that would improve it would be to expand, add live music and a classy place to dance.

Been there the last 5 Saturdays and look forward to the daily fresh catch w their spicy Paloma. Epic combo! Customer service is always on point, they open the door for you from the get and cater until you’re 5 Paloma’s deep. Great job guys

Greg the owner is in touch with the pulse of the town. The portions are great but what sets this place apart and above is the experience. He touches every table and the food is beyond fantastic. Rachel is absolutely one of the most competent and engaging servers I've had the honor of being served by. She made my family's dining experience so warm and was ready with suggestions and pairings. We will absolutely be back. Brandon and Tyler are knowledgeable and personable as well as true mixologists. They spent time to make sure we all felt at home and educated us and made us feel so welcomed

Great food and wine menu. The service was awesome. We had the Truffle fries and whipped Cheve appetizers, and both were really delicious. Ordered the Spott burger for dinner. It was spot on!

Without question, this is the best restaurant for steak and seafood in this area. I highly recommend "The Spott" for your next dining experience. They do not play around when it comes to fresh seafood and prime beef prepared by a true Chef. Gordon Ramsay would fit right in. We had dinner there last night, and once again were not disappointed. The personalized service was fantastic, the appetizer's were delicious, and the entrée's were spectacular. This place may not fall in line with the budget of some, but I believe it is well worth the price. We joined together for three Birthday's this one evening, and could not think a better place to have a wonderful dinner and celebrate. Thanks so much to the entire staff for your hard work and making this such an enjoyable evening for all of us.

Very nice casual restaurant on Canal St. They offer a diverse menu of farm fresh local ingredients. Everyone worked to make it a pleasant experience and the service was absolutely spot-on (not intended).
The restaurant and bar are on the first floor and another speak-easy type bar is on the second floor. Drinks were made with flair and care.
I definitely recommend it for a special occasion or just a dinner out.
