What a great spot! We were visiting NSB for a few days and a waiter from another restaurant recommended Third Wave and after our meal we could see why. I decided on the Sammy sandwich with tomato basil soup. Ok that sandwich was mind blowingly delicious. For real it was just perfect. The soup was amazing as well. My husband got the Steak and eggs and devoured it all. Very tasty. Third Wave is currently undergoing some construction so it doesn’t look open but it is! Super pretty patio. Definitely don’t miss this spot!

Late on the review. A couple co workers suggested third wave. And I have to say it didn't disappoint. I had the roasted chicken. And the the regular pizza. The wife had the brisket pizza all were amazing. Will be going here quite often.

Bad reception We came a bit early for our table. They have a bar. They refused to allow us to have a drink at the bar as you had to order food. But…. We were a party of six and would have spent over $700 for a check. They still refused to offer us a drink while we waited. Not allowed to drink at a bar

My family and I came here for dinner Wednesday night for my wife’s birthday, we were a party of 8, and I’m so glad we did. We had only been here once before on a date night so we knew it was more of an upscale dining experience and we were really worried about bringing our two younger kids this time. However, Jennifer went above and beyond for us. She made us feel so comfortable and cared for and made our night truly special. We never get the level of great service anywhere else that we did here with her. She was so attentive and genuinely kind and patient. Jennifer made a stressful situation feel almost carefree, and if you’re a parent taking your kids out you know how precious this is. She is a wonderful person and server and we left feeling so happy and grateful. Thank you Jennifer, you have no idea how much your kindness meant to us. The food is also absolutely incredible here, there’s no such thing as a bad dish or drink.

My favorite breakfast place in NSB! I had the berries and Brie crepes. So delicious! Their bacon is so thick, peppery, and cooked to perfection. You can’t go wrong with good here. The outdoor dining area is an oasis!

Third Wave is such a great place with great, dedicated employees. Aryton, Sam and definitely Ryan are a great asset to this restaurant. Ryan is the reason we have returned many times now. We live in Jacksonville but visit New Smyrna Beach quite often and always visit Third Wave any chance we get. The food is incredible and the Employees are even better. Keep it up and thank you for such a great treat!
