I have eaten here many times but normally order take out delivery from Sean, he’s wonderful, very friendly and always delivers with care.
On this particular evening he wasn’t available and person who answered the phone suggested Uber which I didn’t know was available for Tianos. We did order through Uber and food was delicious as usual but the only thing is the app doesn’t have the option for us to order our favorite made to order pizza ?.
Anyway, we love Tianos and their great food and service. Highly recommended.

The worst experience in awhile! Normally I always have nice things to say but today was not it, Jody was absolutely amazing!! The other lady not so much she has dark black hair and was the “manager on duty” well I am here to say anyone that can try and call out employees in front of guest and be extremely loud on their phone while on a personal phone call should not be a manager the whole time I heard about her Cruise and her wifi package she had gotten. She was extremely rude to Jody and the poor host. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.

Food not good, Had pizza and it had no flavor. lobster ravioli was not good the ravioli was tough. Ordered calamari. It was tough and chewy. Not a place I would go back to.

Worst Spaghetti and meatballs I've ever had. First and foremost, they got the order wrong, no big deal. So the Spaghetti and Sausage was even worse. The food is extremely hit or miss, mostly miss. Been here a bunch of times. Will never order from this place. The red sauce on the "spaghetti" was from a can at best. Wasnt even Ragu. Will never recommend. And will warn folks of the awful food coming from this place. Uncooked disgusting sausage clearly from the microwave.

This was a delivery order, let me start by saying the delivery guy is great, and he was not the problem. This is the second order in recent weeks where the food was not up to par! I ordered a Caesar salad which on the menu is under salads and it only shows one size and shows a price of $10.99, I also ordered a side of sauté spinach easy on the garlic. The girl taking the order seemed to have a difficult time taking the order and asked for help, it’s ok maybe she was new , she told me 30 min I said fine. When I got my order and opened it it was a side salad and the spinach was not sauté, it was barely heated and still in salad form, there was a ton on garlic. I called to ask about the salad and was told there are two sizes, well I don’t see that on the menu and she didn’t tell me or offer a size difference when I placed my order. She offered no solution and just said she would tell the manager. Like I said this is the second time in recent weeks the food was not good, I didn’t complain the first time. It’s convenient because they deliver and the food use to be good. I suppose I’ll just drive to the competitor next time because there food is consistently good. Customer service in general seems to be a thing of the past. Clearly this employee needs more training and needs how to interact with people on an appropriate speaking level.
