I LOVE UNCLE CHICKENS!!! Just had dinner at the CHICKEN SHACK and I was blown away by the hospitality and needless to say they food was AWESOME!!! TRY THE GREENS!!! wow!! add a little vinegar and bam!!! the fried chicken was on the mark and you can tell a family recipe!! the owner of the establishment is such a cool guy and you can tell works his butt off to keep everything running smoothly!!! soo impressed with him!!
