I LOVE UNCLE CHICKENS!!! Just had dinner at the CHICKEN SHACK and I was blown away by the hospitality and needless to say they food was AWESOME!!! TRY THE GREENS!!! wow!! add a little vinegar and bam!!! the fried chicken was on the mark and you can tell a family recipe!! the owner of the establishment is such a cool guy and you can tell works his butt off to keep everything running smoothly!!! soo impressed with him!! I had the pork chop with scalloped potatoes and smoked macaroni & cheese! It was excellent! As good as The Chop House in Chicago. Ate the whole thing, but couldn't finish the macaroni. Then they brought out the fresh, warm preach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Everyone was stuffed!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for months. Unfortunately, I often get caught up in just wanting a quick bite on the way home after a long work day or not feeling the energy to go out for a sit down meal, so it hasn’t happened until tonight.
