Been stopping for years. 4 of us camp out for Bike Weeks years back. Well before the flood. Loved the Bar out back. 4 remodel , Inside is beautiful now. Always a great stop !

Best VFW ever
it's a great organization with great people!! A newly remodeled canteen with $2 long necks and new kitchen with reasonable lunch and dinner menu!! And no smoking!!
Still refurbishing the post inside. Bartender had to in for a cocktail straw(came back w/ just one). A REGULAR fetched me a double w/ my $5. Gave me $2 change. I later sat at the bar, ordered another double and it cost me a fin ! No Happy Hour prices either. 1st time back after my 2 yr. hibernation/ self-Lockdown. I might join if the place gets repaired nice. Vets were very friendly back then even though I was never "in country"
Great place to have a good time
Even after major storm damage this post was up and running. Very friendly people and a beautiful setting.

This is a private post for Veterans that belong to the VFW. Absolutely love it though. Very warm and friendly people.

My wife Virginia and myself felt at ease through dealing with Melissa behind the bar and the many members on hand. The music drinks and conversation were on point. We will see yall again ! Thanks for the hospitality to strangers in town.
