Via Canaletto is one of the best dining experiences in New Smyrna Beach. The food is fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious from the pasta to the seafood, everything is prepared with such care and flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a night out. What really made our evening special was our waitress, Heather. She was outstanding attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly taken care of. Her recommendations were spot on, and her service added so much to the experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this little gem! The food was outstanding and the chef was even kind enough to come out and say hello. Our server Ashley was amazing! You HAVE to ask for her when you make your reservations. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and was on top of everything the entire evening. You can tell she’s been very well trained and if she’s not already the one training the rest of the staff she sure should be! She was a delight! We will definitely be regulars now.
The only drawback was that we were dressed for fine dining but they let in a table of 4 wearing shorts and flip flops. One guy had on a ball cap. It kinda kills the nice atmosphere so I’d like to recommend a dress code and enforce it!

So about a week ago, myself and a few friends went to Via Canaletto for the first time. We had a wonderful experience! As soon as you walk in...the atmosphere in there is very warming and welcoming. The food was just amazing from the apitizers to the deserts. The homemade mozzarella...oh my, it was made perfectly. Our entrees were so delicious! The homemade tiramisu was ridiculously good, I mean it was sooo good. The service too was great! They went above and beyond to make sure that we were all happy and satisfied. Thank you 😊! If you are ever in the NSB area and you like Italian food, good food...you need to stop at this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

This is truly a hidden gem in New Smyrna. My partner & I wanted Italian & after trying several other well known restaurants we lucked into this location. Absolutely an amazing experience. Service was excellent. Restaurant quiet so u can hear each other. Food was excellent. Minestrone soup was super!!! I had the pasta primavera with chicken & it was excellent. Hot bread & the house Merlot was great. Definitely will be back whenever we come to New Smyrna.

Would highly recomended coming here. The server recommended the lobster bisque and I’m glad she did, it was incredible. We ordered the chicken parm with angel hair noodles and it was delicious. They had a 16oz ribeye special that was absolutely incredible, melted in your mouth along with the potato’s. The caprese was fresh, and very refreshing. The service was great and the ambiance is perfectly romantic! My only negative thing to say is I wasn’t a big fan of the bread, but honestly the rest of the food will make you forget about it. 9.7/10!!!!!!!
