This has to be the worst run establishment in all of new smyrna beach and edgewater included. They do NOT care about anything. The fact they haven’t been shut down is absolutely astonishing. NEVER go to this location.

Another joke of a fast food place I mean they already have an AI speaker taking the order and yet they're stacking up people over at the curbside parking. Luckily I'm experienced in Volusia County crappy drive-thru fast food services and didn't even wait around for the two cars in front of me I know exactly how long this was going to take and the quality was not going to be there.

as a DoorDash driver, we do not get paid if the order is over 20 minutes late unfortunately this location likes to pull forward the DoorDash drivers and work on everything else leaving us to be the very last is very difficult to get service, but very friendly cashier

I placed an app order for inside pick up. It was not ready when I arrived, so I waited. Finally got my order and proceeded home only to discover that instead of the chicken sandwich I had ordered I was given a hamburger. I don’t eat beef. I tried calling numerous times and no one would answer the phone. I ended up having to drive back to the restaurant. As I walked in the restaurant 3 employees including the manager were outside smoking. There was one employee inside who was mopping the floors. He called for the manager and when I explained the mistake all she said was “Oops. I got ya”. She made the correct sandwich and handed it to me. Never once apologizing for the mistake. Just “Have a good night”. When I asked if their phone was not working all she said is that the ringer is very quiet.

Breakfast for most is very important and it is also very important to get what you paid for. 3rd time is a charm. 3rd time ordering biscuits and gravy and every time, all biscuits and gravy with hardly no meat. After being served this 3 times I looked up the amount of meat that should be in each serving, 6 grams of protein which comes from the meat,1 sausage patty contains 7 grams. In one serving from Wendy's in Nsb it only contains 1-2 grams if that. Read the directions and add the correct measurements.

3rd time in a row that my order has been wrong. Ordered a baconator and received a double cheese burger.
Picked up a mobile order through drive-through. Asked for extra crackers for the chili. I heard the employee tell the other one at the window and when she reminded her a 2nd time I saw her throw in 1 pack and they laughed. Open the bag up and there's no extra crackers, no spoon for the chili, and no sauce for the nuggets. Just lame employees.

I order from door dash. The employees constantly get the order wrong, lies NO KIDDING, lie to the drivers. No potato, driver goes back to get it, they LIE to him and said they gave me chili fries instead because out of potato - NO CHILI FIRES GIVEN. This store per numerous door dash drivers is NOTORIOUS for wrong orders, say lie after lie and are extremely rude. I have tried to call numerous times and they NEVER answer the phone. Don’t got to this restaurant- VERY POORLY MANAGED!!
