The workers here don't seem to get how to stir a frosty-chino. The first time, the manager said to flip it upside-down, making a mess. The second time, the manager stuck her finger in the straw hole to mix it. The third time, the worker swirled it in the cup, leaving a mess on the lid. Other Wendy's locations mix it just fine. So, I'm not sure what's going on with this location.

Kathy, the manager should be fired on the spot and the general manager. I remember seeing her be at Dominos and Publix and she couldn’t do her job there either an absolutely a hole. Word for word she said..well it’s not fair that you come here every day five minutes before breakfast ends. Which isn’t true I come about 15 minutes and I come inside or go to the drive-through. I have to wait till 1030 or 1035 to even be spoken to I get there understaffed and I’m not complaining about that I’m complaining about how they handle situations on how they told me they switched Two minutes before 1030?! Cap she only switched it over to lunch out of spite. I know this for a FACT because I called the Glencoe store and asked they had breakfast available. They said I got you I’ll make you whatever you want . How nice of them and that’s a new store right down the street a completely different vibe. I love that store. Kathy you suck and I’ll say it to your face. There was no reason to switch out breakfast early just because of me and hurt the whole drive-through line because it’s not just me that shows up five minutes before everybody Does You should be fired on the spot for changing to lunch too early before the time especially when Wendy’s at Glencoe Road serve breakfast at 10:40 because I had to complain about how rude you guys were to me and my wife you don’t deserve a job like this. And that’s the funny thing is that this job is easy. She also said why don’t you get back here and do my job? Hahaha that’s fine trust me! respect at the end of the day but I hope you find a job that really suits you instead of this. Leave and make everyone happy. There’s plenty of jobs to start over at again. Just not dominos or Publix because my girl reminds me that you suck there too hence why your not there! (Below is the breakfast from the other store and they made it a large for the inconvenience)

The manager Carole is dishonest and mean. She refused to honor a valid coupon because my elderly mother didn't hand it to her fast enough, so she charged her the full price. After I handed her the coupon, she tried to keep the coupon and refused to give a refund, instead offering an extra burger for free. We didn't want 3 burgers. We wanted the buy one get one stated on the coupon.She is dishonest because she said they were out of Orange Frosty flavor, but then told us it was because the machine wasn't clean. Which is it? If you or your staff are too lazy to clean the Frosty machine properly, don't advertise Frosty's.

Shame on the manager and shame on the staff for telling an 83 yr old man “to go order at the machine, we are short staffed” when he explained he could not see nor understand how to use the machine, the employee says “okay”. Now fuming, I got up an helped him… but guess what?! You need a manager to give a senior discount.. so this 83 yr old man was forced to leave the store, get in his car and go somewhere else. Why? Lack of customer service skills, lack of compassion and straight up disrespect.

To go window. Staffed by pleasant people these days. Food is consistent Wendy's quality. They were out of diet soda but this is first occasion for that in many years, so I am not marking them down for that. The unsweet iced tea was good. I miss their organic green tea from years past. But a franchisee has no control over that.
