I went to order and of course, while I wait, I watched the employee used a scooper to put fries in the garbage. The scooper continuously touch the garbage can and garbage and he put it back into the fry bin. The whole time I stood there nobody tried to wait on me at all.

I've been going to Wendy's for over 15 years in Illinois, Colorado and Florida. Last night I ordered the Biggie bag and substituted chilli for fries and was charged for the substitute. It's the first time in 15 years this has happened. Although the cost was minimal I wasn't told of upcharge. New manager??? I doubt I'll be going back there as I have many other choices.

This is a cob salad and not a taco salad. I said i order it regularly and even was here recently... did it change?!?!?. He claimed never was any different. Which isn't true. I get it all the time! It's in a large container. They didn't give me any nachos just weird flecks of chips. This is a chili with a cob salad and pieces of a chip on top.
These guys suck. The lady at the window was wonderful. -> if you changed your chili taco salad, now im never coming to Wendy's anymore. It was my favorite.

Apparently you have to learn an App to order your food. What is going on? No menu behind the counter. So, I have the burden of learning an app every different place I eat? Also, I couldn't even modify my toppings before adding it to my bag. This needs to stop.
