OMG! 1 lrg. Vanilla mint frosty, 1 med choc frosty. She comes out with a med mint. No, heres the slip it's a lrg. She takes it & comes back with a med & a small to equal a lrg. Frosty. Then, the med chocolate comes out as a small mint. No, it's a med chocolate, is what I ordered. Kiosk don't reflect specials on the windows. So you'll get a Wendy's screw job. We had to tell her no the ad on the windows states this price.

Absolutely horrible! Employees want to act super cool and nice and then serve us completely cold food and the burger not even made right, went back around to ask for fresh nuggets and fries because they were disgusting, and they give me half the amount I originally ordered, then I ask for the full amount and they continue to only replace the total amount of nuggets rather than fries. Acting like childish fools the entire time! Laughing gilling cussing loud next to customers and joking around interrupting each-other on the microphone while I was trying to order, terrible service disgusting food and childish employees that need to be dealt with! I ordered a Dave’s double as-well with no onion, burger came with nothing but pickles and a giant blob of mayonnaise and ketchup…. This specific Wendy’s has just been declining every-time I go…. Sad and shameful behavior. Sunday February 23, around 11:30 pm.

My food was fine, my complaint is about management. When i pulled up to the drivethru, it sounded like the employee who answered was on the verge of tears. When we pulled up to the window, the manager was yelling and cursing at all the staff. The employee who was at the window looked extremely uncomfortable and apologized about the manager being like this the whole day. I understand having a bad day, but taking it out on your staff and cursing in front of customers inexcusable. I truly hope someone does something about this manager for the betterment of the store and its employees.

Basically same expirience as everyone else. Ordered a baconator, jr bacon cheeseburger, and 6 piece wings. Charged in full but received two jr cheese burgers and random amount of wings.
All the food was cold, tasted like old cardboard and smelled like old shoes. Fire everyone that works here and start fresh. Its bad.

Food was terrible today. Returned fresh fries that were served cold, to be given more cold fries from same batch. First and last visit to Wendy's in a long time.
They need to hire people that can read. Been 3 times and all 3 times my food was wrong. All they have to do is read the ticket and still get the order wrong.
The service is nasty and the dude in the back touching lil girl I think his name mark cause he the one taking orders.and it smell like weed when I walk in I feel like all the manger smoke weed. They need shut it down

Ordered my food . Was not busy at all. Took forever to get it through the drive thru then asked for ketchup. The kid said sure closed the window and kept playing on his phone and never brought back the ketchup . Also asked for my sandwich plain and of course had everything on it. Was definately not happy

I was there to buy a gift card. Male clerk told me he didn’t know how to do them. I asked if I could get one if I came in (thinking maybe someone else knew how) but told me again he didn’t know how and I would have to try another location. I feel your training should include how to do gift cards. I want this for a Christmas gift. Maybe I will try a different day and time. But I may have to go to a different location.

Mobile ordering has been turned off for well over month with no explanation. Just complained to corporate hopefully that'll do something
Still not on, this has to be hands down the worst Wendy's in the entire company. Everything about this location is terrible better off just shutting it down at this point
