Don’t waste your time or money.Ice cream is served soupy. We waited forever to get some help. The female employee came out of the men’s restroom. We sat in the parking lot to eat our liquid ice cream and watched the employee set outside and smoke with their food service gloves on. Looked like the family of the employee was sitting in the lobby, feet up on the seats, eating chicken tenders.

This location only has one person working and she/he is taking the drive thru orders for BR and Dunkin. They lack ice cream variety, the most generic flavor of of vanilla was not available .

Out of Chocolate Chip Ice Cream for the third week in a row. Someone not ordering correctly or at all. Got a vanilla shake instead, and it was a $9.00 cup of milk. Maybe a spoonful of ice cream if that. The staff is clueless. This was strike three for this place and I won't be back. I also will not recommend this location to anyone else. What a shame too, because Baskin-Robbins is usually very good. I hate that this location and clueless staff are ruining a good name.

I could drone on about how bad this place is, but I think they thrive on complaints. So here’s the key details. Drive thru is horrible, drinks are garbage, ice cream doesn’t taste right. It’s Just a heads up though, go there and try if you want but good

Wow! amazing service from Michelle and Lily tonight! Seven of us walked in there 30 minutes before closing and they dished out samples and scoops with a smile! Really appreciate the great service.

Went during a shift change at noon. 2 employees. Waited 15 minutes to help us. Told us there wasn't enough ice cream left for what we wanted. Chick was a total b**** and would not even attempt to scoop what was left( plenty enough for one scoop) also, they only had one type of cone. getting ice cream is supposed be a positive joyful memerable experience. Never eating ice cream again after that.
