If I could give this place and the employees working the closing shift on June 15, 2025, zero stars, I would! The two women working that evening were completely incompetent and unable to process a refund to my card. On top of that, their attitudes were terrible. The ice cream was soupy and poorly made. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

We went for a quick trip for some ice cream and were greeted with great service and a super kind ice cream slinger. She gave us tons of free samples and was extremely kind. She even wished us a happy new year! Definitely will be back!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany, the manager! I visited the shop to get an applique made for a photo cake, and even though my photo file wasn’t ideal, Tiffany worked her magic to help me achieve a fantastic result. I couldn’t help but notice how the other team members were busy serving customers and keeping things tidy while I waited. The store is so clean and has such a welcoming vibe! Kudos to Tiffany and her amazing crew! You all made my experience wonderful!

Don’t waste your time or money.Ice cream is served soupy. We waited forever to get some help. The female employee came out of the men’s restroom. We sat in the parking lot to eat our liquid ice cream and watched the employee set outside and smoke with their food service gloves on. Looked like the family of the employee was sitting in the lobby, feet up on the seats, eating chicken tenders.

This location only has one person working and she/he is taking the drive thru orders for BR and Dunkin. They lack ice cream variety, the most generic flavor of of vanilla was not available .

Out of Chocolate Chip Ice Cream for the third week in a row. Someone not ordering correctly or at all. Got a vanilla shake instead, and it was a $9.00 cup of milk. Maybe a spoonful of ice cream if that. The staff is clueless. This was strike three for this place and I won't be back. I also will not recommend this location to anyone else. What a shame too, because Baskin-Robbins is usually very good. I hate that this location and clueless staff are ruining a good name.

I could drone on about how bad this place is, but I think they thrive on complaints. So here’s the key details. Drive thru is horrible, drinks are garbage, ice cream doesn’t taste right. It’s Just a heads up though, go there and try if you want but good
