My Brownback special was fast.
We love Tops, get to go burgers and tots once a week. Call ahead though just to be safe since they sometimes close do to staffing issues. They close early also so be sure to be in line by 6:45. This was also one of my son's first jobs and they like to hire teenagers to get their feet wet in the working world.
