I went through the drive-thru at 1:31 P.m. and I ordered 2 breakfast wraps, 2 ice cream donuts and a medium caramel iced coffee on 7/30/2026. Sean Nolte took my order. I never had a great caramel coffee from this dunkin before. He made the best caramel coffee and he was so nice and friendly. He needs a raise.
It was empty there was one employee for both the icecream and donuts hardly any product and the donuts we did get were hard and not enjoyable we threw them out and the ice cream was the same they didn't have alot to choose from and the ones they did have looked freezer burned so we didn't get any yhe one employee was not friendly or inviting very monotone and seemed bothered

Dunkin' is a fast and efficient location with excellent customer service. Orders are ready promptly, and drinks are made correctly. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, making it a great spot to sit and enjoy breakfast. The staff is friendly and patient, even with large families. Despite occasional staffing challenges, the employees work hard to provide great service. With improved food and a pleasant environment, Dunkin' is definitely worth a visit. Don't forget to show appreciation for the hardworking staff by leaving a tip!
