Haven't been disappointed yet, food is hot, fresh and pretty tasty for the price point. You get nice sized portions and they are friendly. We like to order to go I've never eaten inside but they have been consistent and very prompt in preparation.
Very little customer service. The employees yell and argue while customers are in the lobby. The employees have children under 7 I'm the kitchen. When employees speak to you they speak broken English and make you feel stupid, by raising their voice and shouting at you.Horrible.

I don’t know what happened to this place. When I moved to Niceville six years ago it was consistently 4 stars. However time has eroded the quality of their food and service. The orange chicken has gotten smaller and drier, fried rice is dry like yellow rice with a little bit of soy sauce and nothing else… broccoli beef is 80% broccoli with tiny pieces of chewy steak. What happened?
