Awful. No one came to the drive thru window.. the place was filthy and no one was there to take my money or give me my food.
Under staffed, so service is slow.

The food was burnt and cold at the same time. It was so hard that is was inedible. The drink machine had no ice inside it and the dispenser area was filthy. The lobby appeared clean but was sticky when you walked. Overall I would give zero stars if possible. I can't believe we paid $38 for food that was disgusting.

Worst Burger King I've been to. And unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience here either.
I ordered 4 identical cheeseburgers and my entire order was incorrect. Interestingly, they managed to do this while I was the only one in the drive-thru line... (so not exactly busy). Then, after having to drive back to Burger King to get my order fixed, they managed to screw up the second attempt as well.
If you're able to, spend your money somewhere else.

Ice vanilla. Coffee. To much syrup. Cheeseburger. Sloppy to much mustard drive thru is so slow. More than 5 minutes to wait for the someone to take order. No one was in line

Not sure what is going on with your current staff with making iced coffees. I have received two that had no sweetener. It was completely bland. Today I didn’t even mention that issue but they sure made up for it. It tastes like what it looks like. Whip cream. I’m thinking the new people need a lesson from the guy who has been there forever on how to make an iced coffee. That’s the only time it turns out how it’s suppose to be. I love Burger King iced coffees if they make it right.

Ordered a chickwn bisquit add cheese and tomatoes and I got a chicken pattie on a hamburger bun. When I brought it back they gave me a hard dry bisquit and the hashbrowns I received in my meal were ice cold.

I don’t know his name, but the manager is extremely nice and made sure our food was fresh! 10/10. Best BK experience I’ve ever had.

I am so over this location! How about you don’t promote and advertise “Burgers for Breakfast” if you’re not actually going to HAVE Burgers to serve?
Do you want to know WHY there weren’t any Burgers for Breakfast? Because once again, “someone” forgot to turn the broiler on…again!!
This is multiple times at the same location! This isn’t even a mater of not being adequately staffed!!
There’s a person at the counter, and TWO people wearing Management Uniforms standing around, and STILL someone didn’t turn on the broiler!!
The same manager who waits on me twice a week didn’t even come up to the counter to tell me, even though he waved at me from the back!! I wonder why?? Possibly because he knew I was gonna be upset!! Possibly because I’ve expressed to him before that it’s ridiculous that you can forget to turn on the broiler??
And I’m not talking about coming in at 6:30 am and wanting a burger!! I’m talking about 9:00 am!!!
Is it REALLY that difficult to flip on the broiler?? I have to believe it’s actually someone’s responsibility to flip that switch? But maybe not??
OR, the other option would be to NOT advertise that you serve burgers at 9am!!
I will not be back at this establishment!! I’m assuming since I’m generally the only customer at this store when I come here, that it should bother whoever runs this place?? But who knows, maybe it won’t matter to them, and maybe THAT’S why there’s never any other customers here?!?

Attempted to order to eat in. The cashier inadvertently doubled the order we both caught it when it rang up double what it should have been. Then the cashier left, I assume, to get help. The only other employee in the restaurant was so busy taking, cooking, and filling drive through orders that they did not help. After about 20-25 minutes of waiting by the register and not a word from any staff I ended up leaving without any food.
I have no intention of going back here.

I would tell you how the food is, but the cashier rang up our order wrong, couldn’t figure out how to correct it, and after 20 mins waiting for them to figure it out, I left. I will not be going to Burger King again.

I've gone by twice this week both around 8 pm and when I go to order a milkshake they say the machine is down to be cleaned for the rest of the night 3 hours before you close..? Sounds like laziness to me.
