Decided to get something and went to this location there was 1 person in the drive thru waiting to order. I waited 10 minutes and their order still had not been placed so I left not a fan of fast food but I can say if you get anything it won't be fast.

Food is almost always made perfect to order and as good as it can be for fast food. The only thing I find weird and dislike is that when you order through the drive through, they almost always make you drive around and park in the front. Just give me my food at the window please.

I'm so saddened and disappointed with the Niceville, BK location. This was my absolute favorite place to go when I was a teen. It was clean, staff treated you like family and food was quick & fresh.Fast-forward 20 years, the place is an absolute s#!+ hole. Staff are grungy and rude & simply have no pride in their work. Food is old, cold, and inedible, & the store is absolutely filthy.CORPORATE: How can you let this continue? SHUT IT DOWN & FIND NEW OPERATORS WHO CARE!There's no way this place is profitable! What a disgrace to the classic Burger King name. I've never seen one this bad, ever!
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Ordered 47 dollars worth of food and not a single thing was warm. Fries were not cooked all the way and the burgers as well as the chicken sandwich were cold. The bun was so old you could hardly pull it apart. The chicken sandwich was old and could hardly bite into it. Tried to call them and the phone must be off the hook because all you get is a busy signal. Not sure how this place is in business at all. Absolute trash food and service.

Apparently having the nerves to place an order is a problem for the woman taking the orders. Looking at the uniform she must be a manager. Her attitude is horrific. She was going off on someone when we pulled up to the window as she walked out. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on customers or the workers, it’s not acceptable. Thankfully the young man (Jarell ?spelling?) at the window taking the money and giving the food has a great personality. He is the sole reason for the 2 stars.They were out of certain food & drinks at lunchtime, but what we received was okay.

After a long day at work, I want to pull in and just get some quick food nobody in the dining room nobody at the counter, some young man walking around playing on his phone he looks up, sees me. He turns around walks to the back comes back out, still playing on his phone Messed around with a piece of equipment made eye contact with me again turn around started doing something else I cleared my throat he said real snappily I can’t ring you up. She’s in the bathroom. This is the worst Burger King ever and I’ve been to Burger King all over the country. I will never ever walk into that place again .
