we were craving some mexican and we’ve never been here so we figured to give it a try. it wasn’t busy when we came so we sat quickly.
we ordered the arroz con pollo and the carne asada tacos. the rice that was served tasted overcooked and bland. the flavor was okay but it just tasted like it’s been sitting there a while. the chicken was great though. good char flavor that was tender, juicy, and well seasoned.
the carne asada tacos were good overall. i was disappointed in the portion size as i’d want more meat on my tacos. the sauces it came with were delicious and spicy.
the best part of the meal was probably the refried beans. it’s probably the more better refried beans i’ve ever had from a mexican restaurant.
overall, our meal was just okay. nothing too special and will satisfy that craving for mexican food.

After going a few times it felt like home. The staff is great and very friendly.. One waiter will see us coming and have our drinks on the table in just a few minutes. The food is always freshly made and delicious. Hands down the best Mexican restaurant within 50 miles or more!

Came in for lunch on a Saturday with a party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Not very busy, we were seated quickly.
Attentive waitress, all orders were correct, food came out quickly.
Typical Mexican restaurant vibe. Good service, good food.
This was our second time here.

waited a good 45 minutes to get our food, despite there not being many patrons dining at the same time. the steak fajitas were tough so much so my father was unable to eat it.

Not satisfied
They seemed pretty short staffed for a Friday night. I ordered the Chapla margarita, which was very watered down. It took forever for our food to arrive, but I did enjoy the specialty dish I ordered called the mini trompo al pastor. It was so tender and flavorful! After eating three full tortillas, I still had plenty for leftovers. Overall, I would say the food was good if you were looking for authentic Mexican.
