I think the best part of the Chik Fil A is the people who work there. They work so incredibly hard to make it a nice place to be, to make people feel welcome, and just really on top of everything going on. The app is fantastic as well and they have pretty well seamlessly coordinated it into their operations.
I have a little kid, so I've been to a lot of Chil Fil A's in multiple states. I like this one the best.
