Online order was placed on a Monday. The order was supposed to be made on Friday. It was made on Thursday and stuck in a cooler. One employee said they tried to call, but another said there was no number so they didn't try to call. I checked my receipt and it was as ordered to be ready for pick up on Friday. The receipt also had my contact number and email. It was a catering order and was over $80. I also ordered a gallon of tea. They had no gallon jugs, so I was given 4 large...read full review
Fast and friendly service, we went to 2 other places, Firehouse was the only one that had inside dining! Plus they are my favorite sandwich place!😃
