This was a very nice Firehouse Subs restaurant(for the most part). Service was very fast and most of the food tasted great! I had never been to a Firehouse Subs, and the kind cashier recommended I get a a spicy Cajun chicken or a steak and cheese sub. I ended up getting a Cajun chicken sub and it was pretty tasty and was served hot(as expected) but did include jalapeños which we asked not to be included. My kids love to eat here! Great service and the subs were made perfect. Met the assistant manager and gentleman at the register and both were very kind! I hope Firehouse can keep friendly workers like these with the job market the way it is. We will continue to support with our business.

Online order was placed on a Monday. The order was supposed to be made on Friday. It was made on Thursday and stuck in a cooler. One employee said they tried to call, but another said there was no number so they didn't try to call. I checked my receipt and it was as ordered to be ready for pick up on Friday.
