“We took a flight from Des Moines, Iowa to Destin, FL. We just landed. We were starving. The time was 9:58. As we pull in you could tell they were closing up shop and our heart dropped. The lights weren’t shut off yet so there was still a chance!! They ended up taking our order when they clearly didn’t need to… you folks at Chik-Fil-A made our night and gave us a wonderful start to our vacation! You clearly went above and beyond!“

“Honestly one of my best done in fast food experiences. The food is AWSOME. Way better than Cane’s and the service was good. My aunt ordered a wrap and asked for honey mustard inside of it, they are unable to do that so she got it on the side. And the atmosphere was overall great. 5 stars for Slim Chickens and I will be coming again!“

“Wow,I've been past it many times ,today I stopped in today much to my delight.OMG First the customer service was outstanding ,very nice people .The Mac and cheese so good ,creamy and cheesie,the chicken is so tasty crunchy ,i widh i would of bough more, but not greasy. Very good,the smoked chicken wing were off the chart.The chicken was so moist after sitting out and reheated .The Chicken is the Bestin , Destin.Thank you Thank you ill be a frequent flyer for sure.“

“This was delicious! Yummy chicken and we had the Peruvian rice and green beans! My only regret is it’s my first visit and I believe they’ve been open for about 8 months! We will definitely become regular customers! 😊“

“Everyone knows for the most part, if you go to a Chick-fil-a, you’re going to at least have a decent dining experience. This establishment goes beyond even that, providing an exceptional customer service experience and wonderful food that will have me and my family back there often.

Special attention to the front counter staff member, Gabriel. Staff at Chick-fil-a’s are usually polite people, but Gabriel was truly wonderful.
My only complaint about our visit is that Gabriel does NOT have a chair. That man works an 8 hour shift standing on sheer tile, give that man a chair before you mess up his knees!“

“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“Yesterday was my first time trying Chick-fil-A, and I was eager to see what the hype was about. Visiting from Canada, we don’t have many locations up north, so I was excited to experience it firsthand. We went to the Destin Miramar location, and not only was the food beyond my expectations, but the service was absolutely outstanding.

Jakob, the employee at the cash register, went above and beyond to make my first visit special. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and eager to ensure we had a great experience. He offered several fantastic recommendations, all of which we decided to try and were thoroughly impressed by. His knowledge of the menu was great, and his enthusiasm was awesome. Jakob’s friendly and personable attitude made a lasting impression, and it's rare to encounter such genuine customer service.

It’s clear that Jakob takes great pride in his work, and it truly made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely remember my first Chick-fil-A experience, and I can’t wait to return. The combination of great food and outstanding service from employees like Jakob is exactly why Chick-fil-A has such a loyal following. Looking forward to coming back soon!“
