Waffle fries are still Great! This Niceville location has really long lines and to get Fries I tried to speed it up by ordering on the app but still had to wait in long drive thru line, go around the building complete circle just to get them. Wonder why they have curbside pick up parking if they are not using it?“

“Now I know I've reviewed this place before. Very good food, I would argue it's legit competition for Chick Fil A, Waldo's Chicken and Beer, and Prince's Hot Chicken as the best chicken places in America. Their cayenne ranch chicken sandwich and chicken wings are delicious. Their fries are cooked right. My wife loves their deep-fried mushrooms. Their shakes are good. They always have homemade cookies or brownies that are amazing. My coworker has stated it's one of the best, if not the best, chicken and waffles you'll find anywhere. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Military discount is important. The place is always clean.“

“Wow,I've been past it many times ,today I stopped in today much to my delight.OMG First the customer service was outstanding ,very nice people .The Mac and cheese so good ,creamy and cheesie,the chicken is so tasty crunchy ,i widh i would of bough more, but not greasy. Very good,the smoked chicken wing were off the chart.The chicken was so moist after sitting out and reheated .The Chicken is the Bestin , Destin.Thank you Thank you ill be a frequent flyer for sure.“

“Everyone knows for the most part, if you go to a Chick-fil-a, you’re going to at least have a decent dining experience. This establishment goes beyond even that, providing an exceptional customer service experience and wonderful food that will have me and my family back there often.

Special attention to the front counter staff member, Gabriel. Staff at Chick-fil-a’s are usually polite people, but Gabriel was truly wonderful.
My only complaint about our visit is that Gabriel does NOT have a chair. That man works an 8 hour shift standing on sheer tile, give that man a chair before you mess up his knees!“

“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“Yesterday was my first time trying Chick-fil-A, and I was eager to see what the hype was about. Visiting from Canada, we don’t have many locations up north, so I was excited to experience it firsthand. We went to the Destin Miramar location, and not only was the food beyond my expectations, but the service was absolutely outstanding.

Jakob, the employee at the cash register, went above and beyond to make my first visit special. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and eager to ensure we had a great experience. He offered several fantastic recommendations, all of which we decided to try and were thoroughly impressed by. His knowledge of the menu was great, and his enthusiasm was awesome. Jakob’s friendly and personable attitude made a lasting impression, and it's rare to encounter such genuine customer service.

It’s clear that Jakob takes great pride in his work, and it truly made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely remember my first Chick-fil-A experience, and I can’t wait to return.
