First time today and never more. I bought a medium size and they didn't fill it to the top. The new scam is to pay for a bigger size and still get the small size. Coffee to the half and a bit of foam, which is basically air.

Just go somewhere else….. literally the worst donuts I have ever had. also Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, took 15 to make them and they forgot to even put the egg in them. Frozen microwave sausage tastes way better then whatever they put on their sandwiches. I guess if you just want coffee you should be fine.

Absolutely the worst DD I have ever been to in all my life. Empty as ever and waiting always 10 minutes+ for your order, always pulling you forward to wait. Unacceptable way to run a business - even called the store while waiting with zero cars around and was told “ we gotta cool the eggs and bacon after 12 fresh “ and help people with ice cream first. Placed order with her at 231 and got it at 2:46.

Really poor customer service- repeated myself 3x and had the person at the counter walk away from me without even a “one second, I’ll be right back” leaving another girl who, to no fault of her own, wasn’t properly trained she said on a few occasions I haven’t been trained on this system yet. So I said to asked for an additional time, were you able to add this latte with alternative milk. Oh yep, it’s on there.

Nope, regular milk & after all hassle, sadly cannot drink it.

Im all for employee comfort. However, when an establishment closes at 10pm. That means they stop providing services and products at the closing hour. This establishment; however, decided to stop providing services and products at 10:48pm. Unacceptable. THIS PLACE JUST FLAT OUT SUCKS. More is expected from an industry leader.

Whoever the younger guy that is the manager over there does SUCH a good job holding this place together. I’ve been coming here for years and he is the best. Always knows my order before I can even talk, always friendly, always running around making it happen. You don’t always find workers like that. Kudos to him. It’s either Ryan or Brian. SUPER friendly Jamaican dude. I love dunkin either way but I promise I come here because of him. grade A service and he ALWAYS makes my coffee PERFECT!

It's obvious whoever owns this franchise is 100 percent absentee owner. The service is consistently bad, almost every drink order is wrong in some way, and anything ordered online is never ready. The one exception is the young, thin guy who seems to care and tries.

The workers there on morning 05/07/2025 are horrible at their job. Had a pick up order they didn’t start making until I got there. Wasn’t busy at all, only 2 people sitting and no one in line. Kept on asking me questions about my order as if they didn’t have a printout of my whole order sitting in front of them. And when they went back to make my 2 breakfast sandwiches, they sealed the bad and didn’t open it till I got home, they forgot one of the sandwiches. Absolutely horrible.
