First time at this Dunkin’s. Sunday morning 10 am…….scant selection of donuts. No plain cake or old fashion . No glazed…..nothing being prepared….never been in a donut shop that didn't have a glazed donut. Did I mention the place had two people seated drinking coffee. The young lady was pleasant and had no clue why the shelves were empty. Won’t be back…..very sad.

Every time we come in this store, they never have whole beans coffee to purchase. Not sure who orders for this store but they do not know how to keep the whole beans in stocked. When I say every time, I mean since they opened.

I stopped by my local Dunkin’ today and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and my frozen pumpkin latte was absolutely delicious. Everything was quick, fresh, and made with care. Definitely deserves more love, I will be back!

This dunkin has gone back and forth in quality over the years. Today was a not great. Sandwiches pictured below, not sure what they did to the croissants (one was supposed to be a bagel anyhow), cold, and with only two of the smallest strips of bacon they could find. Again, not great and definitely not worth the $$$ dunkin charges!

Came in on a Sunday evening around 5:45p. Decorated so cute for Halloween! Went to the Dunkin’ counter to order a Ham & cheese croissant🥐. We got a drink from the cooler, although there was a very nice menu of drinks they can make! Big selection of donuts 🍩 and ice cream flavors. Elly was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items.

Today is the second time my wife and I left after having waited for 20 min with no service. There’s 1 person present to work both the Dunkin and Baskin Robins counter by themselves. Quality is poor, customer service nonexistent, and not worth your time when there’s better ice cream places nearby.

this dunkin is going to run itself to the ground. you can tell management is more focused on times rather than customer satisfaction. the amount of times i’ve been asked to pull forward from the window is unacceptable for a drive thru service, especially when i only order 1 drink. the employees are rushing orders and often mess up drinks / food items / payments because of it. no shade to the employees since i know what it’s like working for times at fast food places & it’s a terrible business model. they will continue to lose more customers to the 7brew next door if things don’t change.

Just left this place, ordered a croissant sandwich and was given a rock hard sourdough sandwich, my girlfriends drink was missing what she asked for, but they managed to get the one doughnut correct. Then when I immediately called the girl argued that I was incorrect about my sandwich when I clearly ordered from a picture off the menu. Worst experience, the girl that waited on us was clearly distracted. Im sure my girl will go back because she loves the coffee. I will tell everyone I know about this and hopefully they will steer clear of this Dunkin.
First time today and never more. I bought a medium size and they didn't fill it to the top. The new scam is to pay for a bigger size and still get the small size. Coffee to the half and a bit of foam, which is basically air.

Just go somewhere else….. literally the worst donuts I have ever had. also Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, took 15 to make them and they forgot to even put the egg in them. Frozen microwave sausage tastes way better then whatever they put on their sandwiches. I guess if you just want coffee you should be fine.
