Everytime we go is usually always good. This time was spectacular.. I placed my order online and it got sent to a store in Texas, not only did one of the girls working help me figure out how to get a refund, she also included brownies and drinks on my order for the inconvenience that wasn't even her fault. To some, it may just be a brownie and drink, but to me it was an act of kindness and WONDERFUL customer service. I wished I caught her name but I unfortunately did not....

This was a very nice Firehouse Subs restaurant(for the most part). Service was very fast and most of the food tasted great! I had never been to a Firehouse Subs, and the kind cashier recommended I get a a spicy Cajun chicken or a steak and cheese sub. I ended up getting a Cajun chicken sub and it was pretty tasty and was served hot(as expected) but did include jalapeños which we asked not to be included. I would also not recommend the grilled cheese sandwich(we got it in a kids...

Online order was placed on a Monday. The order was supposed to be made on Friday. It was made on Thursday and stuck in a cooler. One employee said they tried to call, but another said there was no number so they didn't try to call. I checked my receipt and it was as ordered to be ready for pick up on Friday. The receipt also had my contact number and email. It was a catering order and was over $80. I also ordered a gallon of tea. They had no gallon jugs, so I was given 4...
