Highly disappointed with the girl who answered the phone at Jim N Nicks Niceville. I called to place my order for a cheeseburger and she explained that it would be faster in the drive thru. I told her I was coming from Ft Walton and I didn’t want to see a long line. She goes on to say she would have the burger ready and I said, “thank you” because I thought that was nice of her. Well, before she hung up the phone, she had the nerve to yell to say, “who orders a burger in the…” and hung up. I guess that truly upset her day. I called back and she hung up. I called again and an older woman answered and I told her that I would like to cancel my order due to me hearing the girl talking about me. The older lady apologized and I told her to tell the girl to be sure to hang up the phone before talking about someone. If she doesn’t like customer service or working in fast food, find another job. Jim n Nicks is a great place but it’s sad to see one person ruin an experience at great place. I guess I will give Pensacola my business.

We had 4 meals, 3 buttermilk tenders with Mac and cheese and fries and the turkey breast. We loved it. The cheese biscuits are small but delicious. Spent about $57 and all 5 are full ??

Enjoyed the food! Alittle pricey for a drive thru, but the service was excellent and the food was well worth it
There was something off about the lemonade ?. Not enough bbq sauce on my sandwich. Service was good. Several people cut in the drive thru line from the north parking lot.
