This was my first visit to the Niceville, FL restaurant. The host, Megan, went above and beyond to help me with my order, explain the app, and help me load my points. She very friendly, patient, and polite. I was having a bad day and Megan turned it into a positive one!
I don’t recommend this restaurant. I have had multiple issues with this location to include missing items, incorrect orders, and food quality issues. The last straw was severe food contamination.

The Spicy Turkey Melt was the worst sub ever had. This McAllister Deli isnt anything like the ones in Texas . Tomato Cucumber salad had to add vinegar to it for flavor. To top it off had to tip or i couldn't close out the credit card. I would of also expected to see a Muffalota on the menu... Oh well I guess I can cross this one off the list.

McAlister’s is one of my favorite places to eat in Niceville. They offer a variety of fresh menu options prepared by friendly staff. While it’s a bit on the pricey side, it’s worth it for the safe location, table delivery service, and consistently clean dining area. Occasionally, the potatoes can be overcooked or dry, but the soups, salads, and sandwiches are always top-notch.
