Ordered my favorite steak bagel vis doordash, when I received it.. the bagel was hard. And the steak was dry, has brown was almost burned. This breakfast is usually very good and fresh, but NOT today.

I ordered a #9 which comes with 2 burgers, for some reason the person ringing me up only added 1 on the screen (even though the meal comes with 2 đ€). I get to the window and the manager argued with me saying I couldnât get my other burger because of the âwayâ it was rang up, even though I paid $13 and some change for the #9 meal and a shake. Lesson learned to look at the reviews before eating at a fast food joint.

I donât usually leave reviews but wow. Niceville really is that nice. Youâd think the staff here were serving at an actual sit-down restaurant. Have you ever seen a McDonaldâs employee refill a coffee at the table? I didnât think they got paid enough to do that but I guess here they do

Ordered a double cheeseburger, big Mac, 4 chicken strips, and a quarter pounder with cheese. I got to the pick up window and got my order in under 30 seconds. I thought wow that was fast...a little too fast. glad I pulled over to check my order. meat was chard, burnt. chicken looked like it was pulled out of the expiration bucket heading to the trash. thanks for reminding me of why I stopped coming here. Local Burger Kings are shutting down, pretty sure y'all be next.

Nuggets were so old and chewy probably because they just cook a batch until it runs out instead of remaking it after holding time, chicken also has a ton of cartilage

I dropped my chicken nuggets by the soda machine and a rat bit me while I tried to pick it up. Because of this, I have missed 3 weeks of work I'm in the hospital because I have to get my leg amputated and now I'm trying to file a lawsuit.
We've always enjoyed this McDonalds but our recent visit makes us want to drive a bit further in hopes of fresher, hotter food.

No counter staff . So always a long wait. Not the staffs fault , they do the very best they can. Unhappy that they are not flying their flag at half staff in honor of the death of past President Carter.

If I could give this review zero stars I would. The young girl was INCREDIBLY rude and literally hung up on me. I was very polite and had a simple question about hot chocolate. The way we treat other humans in 2024 is actually despicable.
