I don't go here often, but when I do the get something wrong with the order half of the time.
A supervisor kept screaming. I mean , screaming loudly at her employees! it was very disrupting to our family visit and very disgusting to hear such disrespect to an employee. I won't go there again, and definitely won't take my grandchildren there again so long as that woman screaming at her employees is there! And I will tell as many people as I can that that doesn't need to go on in a family fast food restaurant! Young children do not need to hear that!!! It is very disrespectful!

came in for the grinch happy meal but was unfortunately unavailable. we ordered the double cheese burger and fries. burger was okay. nothing bad nor nothing special. fries were crispy and well seasoned!

I drove thru a little after 12:00 pm today when there were a lot of people going through the drive thru's. After I received my order, I got about 3 car lengths away from the exit to turn right onto John Sims Pkwy and my car shut down completely. Nothing worked including the flashers, which posed a real problem for those trying to exit the drive thru. After trying to direct people to go around me and having some yell at me to turn on my flashers, a manager and some other employees came out to offer assistance. The manager had one of the workers to stand behind my car and direct traffic. I had already called for a tow and my husband also left our house to come and assist. In the meantime, the manager came out again to check on me, and a very nice young man who is an auto tech at Niceville Auto Service stopped to assist and was able to get my car started thankfully. I just wanted to thank the manager and other employees for their assistance, and will be doing the same with the auto tech. Standing out in the cold rain to help a stranger was certainly above and beyond. Thank you all so much.
Because 0 stars isn’t an option. Good job on hiring Kyle or Tyler w/e the 13yo manager on duty on 11/20/25 @ 6:00. Started off with my wife ordering the food on her app and having me go pick it up. I get there and she give me the code for the order but it’s not working. I pull around to the front and walk inside and am greeted by a nice lady working the counter. She doesn’t know who to help me and calls “the manager” over while she try’s to find my order. I start telling him my situation and he tells me he cannot help me, that I need to have her phone or log into her app in order to verify the order. Even though I can prove the order number and even recipts from both her app and my bank where the money was pulled out. Meanwhile the lady from the front bring the food and try’s to give it to me. Nope, Kyle isn’t bugging he says people steal all the time and he can’t do it. So.. I drive all the way back to my house to pick my wife up and we drive back to the store. They go back and forth until he realizes, oh the order and recipts are legit and now they have to remake all the food. I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t steal all the food they had to throw away. Or god forbid give to someone else in the drive through. Thank you again for giving me a reason never to come back to this place.

Biscuit seemed a bit old but wasnt terrible. Ice coffee was perfect! Leader lead; team seemed stressed,possibly due to the possible manager (? Not sure, red shirt, no hat) was pretty hateful with a few guests, and all around seemed to have a bad attitude. Seemed like a busy morning however I am sure it would go much smoother with a more positive attitude from anyone in leadership.

chicken sandwich and the meat was under cooked. The quater pounder and hamburger s were burned. The worst meal I have ever had. Complete waste of money that's it for me. the management doesn't care.

No service at Drive thru. Must have been in the wrong lane.2 cars went thru the outside lane before they got to me. The fish sandwich only hab a tiny bit of tartar sauce and the drink lid was not on. Now I get to clean my truck.

Usually get good food and I really liked the at Crispy strips the first time I had them. But the combo I received this evening included chicken strips that had been fried twice or warmed up in a microwave.

Went to get a burger for my dogs birthday. Ordered a double cheeseburger with just meat and cheese, no salt or onions, because it's toxic for dogs. The burger came with onions on it.
