Ordered THE WORKS but, someone forgot the green peppers. Other than that pizza was good.

Been getting pizza here on the regular for over 10 years. Occasionally will have a bad one, but I'd say they are batting 95% for great pizza! Also seen a lot of staff over the years and by and large they've been great! Current staff included, keep up the great work y'all!!!!

Foods great it's just a place for pickup atmosphere it's all right so only expect the service you get when you walk in don't know about delivery I don't know about because I picked up my food

I will no longer be getting pizza from papa John's . Papa John's is by far my favorite pizza but when I get off work late or am hustling around with the kids the last thing I wanna do is have to go to papa John's after ordering delivery and pick up my food. This has happened to me 4 times and I will no longer use papa John's . I will find a company who is willing to do delivery pizza instead of having to stop everything to pick up pizza because there are no drivers . Corporate do better

Driver was DoorDash, didn’t speak English. I contacted the manager Alex and he told me to not order from them anymore and hung up on me.
Edit: how dare they tell me i shouldn’t order from them, all I said was my delivery driver didn’t speak English and didn’t understand my order. He told me my transaction would be voided. This seems odd, why would they delete my payment? I love papa J’s pizza…they need to contact me and explain what the heck is going on. Waiting…

The food is not made well. A majority of the employees do not care about the job they do, and it shows. Do not even think about ordering delivery. The company switched to doordash primarily as a delivery service about 6 months ago when they had the contract signed with doordash. It will result in your food being cold and brought over an hour later if you are lucky. Just go to Marcos or even pizza hut. Both deliver with their own drivers and at the least make food knowing another person wants to eat it. Papa johns will send you a burnt pizza and not care.

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would! Customer service was horrible. There was a mishap with the payment when checking out at the register and the first young lady said something happened with the payment however money was taken off my card and I guess she called over the rudest manager and with an attitude she said nothing came off the card and I literally showed her on my account and she said still with an attitude and pizza dough in her hands touching the register (unsanitary) and started rolling her neck and getting even louder with me and when I corrected her in the way she was talking to me she tried snatching the pizza from me and told me to get out the store and have a nice day. That lady has a nasty attitude everytime I come in there.

1st of all idk who madey dinner tonight. Special white Hawaiian jalapeno and Cuppy Pepperoni OG sauce. Compliments to the MFn CHEF!!! You FRIDAY ? HIT . THANK YOU BRITTANY FOR THE DOUBLE CHECK AND KINDNESS AND OR DRIVER FOR HAWTTTT
