Papa Johns Pizza

Driver was DoorDash, didn’t speak English. I contacted the manager Alex and he told me to not order from them anymore and hung up on me.
Edit: how dare they tell me i shouldn’t order from them, all I said was my delivery driver didn’t speak English and didn’t understand my order. He told me my transaction would be voided. This seems odd, why would they delete my payment? I love papa J’s pizza…they need to contact me and explain what the heck is going on. Waiting…

The food is not made well. A majority of the employees do not care about the job they do, and it shows. Do not even think about ordering delivery. The company switched to doordash primarily as a delivery service about 6 months ago when they had the contract signed with doordash. It will result in your food being cold and brought over an hour later if you are lucky. Just go to Marcos or even pizza hut. Both deliver with their own drivers and at the least make food knowing another person wants to eat it. Papa johns will send you a burnt pizza and not care.

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would! Customer service was horrible. There was a mishap with the payment when checking out at the register and the first young lady said something happened with the payment however money was taken off my card and I guess she called over the rudest manager and with an attitude she said nothing came off the card and I literally showed her on my account and she said still with an attitude and pizza dough in her hands touching the register (unsanitary) and started rolling her neck and getting even louder with me and when I corrected her in the way she was talking to me she tried snatching the pizza from me and told me to get out the store and have a nice day. That lady has a nasty attitude everytime I come in there.

They accidentally added pepperoni to my pizza.They actually gave me a free topping.But since I didn't like pepperoni, they brought me a free pizza and it was a Carry out order.They drove a new pizza to my house and gave it to me absolutely free.You cannot be that type of service.

Ordered delivery off the app and the manager called me to inform me my dasher wasn’t coming to pick it up, she offered to switch it to carry out and I could come get it but I told her I didn’t have a way to get it and just refund my money. She said she would just switch it to carry out and got one of her employees to bring it to me instead. Overall her and the delivery driver went above and beyond!

I just ate at this Papa Johns after so long, been a few years give or take. It used to be my go to as a kid, and then the quality went downhill and eventually it just came a place "well, they are open", but I legit don't remember anything from Papa Johns being anywhere as delicious as the food I just got, got their Garlic Parm Chicken Dippers and Cheesesticks

The General manager of this establishment is extremely unprofessional and talks to people however she wants and curses at them on the business phone. Bad food, poorly run and extremely unprofessional service. Zero stars would be a much more appropriate rating. Not sure how this place is still open when their GM can't even conduct themselves professionally or as an adult

They gave my food to someone else and started to blame each other. And no one came up to me for 5 to 7 and told me they would remake it. and took them 20 -30 minutes to remake it and didn't get anything for my wait just here your

My delivery driver was very sweet, she gave off really good vibes, made sure I didn't burn myself lol, great pizza as well!!
