I'm so angry we ordered two pizzas both the same toppings chez and cup pepperoni on what was supposed to thin and crispy crust well we get home and one pizza had no pepperoni on it and the crust was anything but crispy it was not soggy but no where near crispy either to be totally honest it was the worse pizza I have ever tasted in my life it was so bad I didn't even eat it nothing like paying for food just to toss out because it's horrible I'm calling them in the morning and if they don't make it right then it's the last pizza hut I'll ever order anywhere this is the third pizza place in niceville where the food has been terrible Pappa johns little caesars and now pizza hut does no one give a rats ass about serving something good anymore I hate making such a negative post but I'm honest in every post I make while I've had some replays back from some of the places but let's wait and see what happens with this one none of the other two pizzas places didn't care enough to even reply to such a bad post if it was my company and I got a post like this heads would roll write ups giving out something

Told them to knock on the door since the doorbell is broken and they didn’t. Had to call the store later to find out my food had been on my doorstep for an hour. Pizza box had a few bugs in it by then and I had to clean them out before I could eat the food.

The pizza was good!. But the best part was a young gentleman up front who greeted me as I walked in with a smile, extremely friendly, and had unreal customer service!. Now a days with how bad customer service has gotten, it brightened my day to see someone doing it right!. I could be wrong, but I believe his name was Derek.! If it is, he deserves a raise!. He was absolutely great!.

Absolutely terrible. We ordered a pizza last night, it came completely burned. Cinnamon twists barely had cinnamon on them, and were cold. We called this morning, and they said “we should have called last night when it was delivered”. It was late as it was, and were with friends. Just terrible, and I order from them all the time.
No lie, I just had the most glorious pizza and chicken wings of my life. It was hot, cooked perfectly. The crust was just right.

Order was super expensive a large 2 topping and a large bread cost almost 40 dollars. Pizza was partially doughy as well. Much better pizza in the area for much much much less money . Go to howies instead.
