On a whim we stopped for dinner on our way home. I had to try the waffle cheeseburger, I asked to have bacon added, and let me tell you... YUM! It was savory and sweet! So delicious! Our waiter was kind, timely, and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

My goodness, this was the worst, most trashy service I've ever received from a restaurant. If I could give less stars, I would. To begin, our server, Sonora**, was deathly allergic to mango, and couldn't give me a mango tea, ok no worries. I request a different tea refill and she has the menu over her face, shaking her head yes, and proceeds to tell us she had burped and didn't want it to blow in our faces...what?
She never wrote down our order, ok. My medium rare steak came out medium well/well done and my friend who had ordered tots got friench fries..cool. Ok.
Then she takes forever to bring us our check, saying she can't wsit to get out of there. When she does bring the check she has the check in one hand and a cake slice in the other. She gave us the check and then begins to eat the cake in front of us. Can this not wait? This whole experience was so incredibly unprofessional and disturbing, frankly.
I also had to ask the awesome hostess for a box. She was the only highlight of the evening.

Never stepping in a Ruby Tuesday. My meat someone took a bite from it. Not cut with a knife. Every one in our booth & a couple walking by. Could tell literally took a big bite from the meat. 🤢. We wondered why a place almost empty our food took so long. Well an employee was hungry or mentally ill. That bite the meat I ordered. Disgusting employees. Hopefully this place closes soon. Not suing but gave pictures and video footage to health & franchise departments.

How this place could be without air conditioning in Florida for more than a day is ridiculous. Another customer told me it had been out since Monday, 16 Jun. This was now Thursday. I just went today, 25 Jun and either the air was set to 88⁰ or it was still broke. How those poor workers handle it back there is beyond me. I feel sorry and how on earth does a chain not fix that. What a horribly run establishment. It hasn't changed in years and I am not surprised by this issue

We had a very cheerful and attentive waiter. He refilled our drinks quickly and served hot, fresh food in a short amount of time. The floors, tables, and restrooms were clean. They had a fabulous salad bar with many choices of fresh veggies and dressings.
Hillary was the absolute best server. I think I’ve ever had anywhere at any place ever. She was beyond helpful and attended to all of our needs and requests. If you get a chance to come to this Ruby Tuesday and have Hilary as a server, you will be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t try her amazing old-fashioned. Great service great food great server, thank you Hillary.
