We went here tonight for an early Christmas dinner with our mother (mother in law). First thing …. we were not greeted by a hostess was only asked how many after standing there for 10 minutes. Then when our waiter Joe finally got to us and we put our full order in. It took 20 minutes for our drinks (no straws) My dish was cold. Husbands steak was raw and was like leather after it was sent back. Ordered a double Jack and sprite and was charged over $19 for it. 7.50 + 2.50 + 7.25-+ 2.50 = 19..75 for ONE drink Why ??? 7.50 + 2.50 (extra shot ) = $10. Why charge me for two full drinks ??? Will never be back to this place !!!!

I am from out of state, we came down on Thanksgiving to see my child, there was nothing open but Ruby Tuesdays…. So we went to have dinner, service was great, nice and everything… the food the other hand was not… we got the potatoe skins they were good but the sour cream was spoiled, at first I thought I was crazy… than I smelled it after I tasted it… than I got the bacon cheese burger well done…. It was pink but it was not a omg let me send this back kind of pink. So I took a bite out of it rated like something was wrong , I thought it was still the sour cream taste in my mouth, so I waited a second same thing… I asked my husband to taste it.. he said it was the tomato, so I took it off same taste… then I opened up the burger and the meat was grey, and whitish color and smelled very bad… I couldn’t eat my food at all… everyone else enjoyed there dinner…I didn’t say anything at the time because it’s Thanksgiving and people should be home with their family’s but they was at work and I didn’t want to be that person on Thanksgiving . When I got back to the hotel I ended up getting sick… 🤢. We probably won’t be coming back to ruby Tuesdays. Happy Thanksgiving.

I went to Ruby Tuesdays in Niceville Florida for a to go salad bar. Aaron who works the salad bar went above and beyond today. It was obvious that I love the croutons and he offered to make a fresh batch for me, they were amazing! Aaron made my trip and experience extra special. It's just horrible! The building looks and smells like nothings been done do it since it was built. The food was mediocre at best. I'm not sure how this place stays open, but I do know that's the last dollar they'll get ddom
