I ordered a head, but still had to wait 5 or so minutes at the window. When they came back to the window, had already been made by another person and was sitting in the refrigerator. Although the quality of the drink was on par for Smoothie King, I most likely will not be back to this location. If I do, I will not order ahead because I had to wait just as long to get my drink as I would have if I had ordered when I got there. Also, it is time to update the outside.

Genuinely the worst smoothie I have ever had. Employee was generally helpful, but smoothies clearly had no Greek yogurt in them and were almost $10.

Just not a good experience when I come here. I go to smoothie king quite often, my favorite location is the Destin location, and the Fort walton beach one. This location and the Crestview just lack, this location in particular; the first time I came here and the girl working had a black eye, and they broke the blender when making the smoothie and glass was everywhere. I felt bad. Just felt for my first time at this location. Just one of those days I guess.
The second time I was upcharged on my smoothie due to ringing up the wrong size, added one dollar discount but still got charged a 32oz price, which is more than that…put it in the smaller cup, then they didn't even put the full amount into the cup of the two smoothies i purchased. It was filled 3/4 the amount. At this point I was just annoyed and I wasn’t feeling well, so I asked for a refund, and the gentleman working was very kind and helped me out with that. Anyway not a great experience.

Did not feel well physically and I left mentally annoyed by the situation. Waste of time ✨

Firing a 16-year-old boy because his grandfather was severely ill and he had to go to the ICU to visit him is completely ridiculous. If one of your workers has an emergency and they cannot find someone to take over their shift. It is the managers responsibility to find someone to take over the shift or God forbid take over the shift themselves.

Smoothie bowl was not up to normal standards or expectations. Really disappointed in the food quality. However service was good.

Everyone was awesome and the smoothies were great! They were accommodating when I asked about the collectible cup after I’d already paid, they let me pay for the cup and put our smoothies in the cool cups!! Def will return to the niceville location

Been to my fair share of smoothie kings and agree with other reviewers about this location. Product is standard, customer service is not.
Waited over 5 minutes for my order to be taken in the drive thru and I was the only car. Was charged for the wrong size and wanted to double check it was the right smoothie. The worker did not know what the smoothie was when I asked if it was the one I ordered. I was offered the options to pull back around or just take the smoothie

First time here. I went to the wrong window to order, employee kindly directed me to the right window. I ordered a açaí bowl and wanted to add coconut and was charged for adding coconut. But when I got home I realized there was no coconut added :(

Smoothie king, more like smoothie shack!! Not only is it ridiculously tiny where you can’t even see the menu, but it’s laughably small where only three people can be inside. I could probably have made a far better smoothie at home anyways. Waste of time and money
