When I'm in the area, stopping at Smoothie King is a must for me. My favorite is the Mango Kale smoothie. But I substitute unsweetened strawberries for the mango. My daughter turned me on to this wonderful option. And I love it!Thanks Smoothie King! We need one in DeFuniak Springs, FL also.

Came to order a smoothie and it came with a free side of additude. I hate seeing it because you know they ain't doing nothing right with that kinda additude on the inside with cleaning ect... Get your people under control.

The Smoothies are good, reasonably priced, but the lady in the window has NO BUSINESS dealing with people. So rude and has that mightier-than-thou attitude.

Negative Apex

Placed a order online.They did not make it.I showed them the receipt.They still refused to make it.Said it was not in their system, but I showed them my receipt.They called/texted the OWNER and said that since he did not have it in their system not to make it.Again, I had been charged money and had a receipt.Refused to make it still.Never got a smoothie and was charged for one.The entire time the people their were extremely rude, and the owner only cares about money.

I’ve been coming here for a while and I avoid the blends and got some Greek yogurt instead for some protein. First time I did that a couple weeks ago, got told that it was disgusting multiple times in one interaction and I shouldn’t order it, guy was extremely rude. I went again today and ordered it and they completely ignored the Greek yogurt and no fruit blends and just made it normal then shoved it out the window before I could ask to make sure they put the Greek yogurt in. Didn’t realize my order offends the workers so much that they actually refuse to make it. Pay good money and service sucks. Get new workers.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They are soo rude, if you want a warm smoothie then this is your place to go, they remade it but then my sons smoothie fell and they refused to put it in their trash can and refused to let us pay for a new one she slammed the door in our face. If i could do zero stars i would. There have been three instances i have gone back here and today after the third i am never going back. The first instance was i ordered my smoothie and i asked for chocolate and i got strawberry. i politely ask the drive thru worker if i can possibly get a replacement. i get met with attitude from the drive thru worker saying "no you asked for strawberry" blah blah blah and i just said "ok that's fine. i'll keep this one." The second instance was when the employees purposely messed up my 20 OZ CHOCOLATE HULK (i stated very clearly this time that i wanted chocolate) i pull around the side and it is half made and watery. both me and my friend. the third time i went back was today. hoping after a workout i could get a protein shake. i pull up "hello maam". then i get no response for like 30 second and then the drive thru worker says in a very sarcastic way "let me make sure that i hear you think time so i can put it in right". not wanting to start anyrhibg i just drove off. worst customer service i have ever had. this place used to be amazing now it sucks.

Today my husband and I wanted to start our day by grabbing smoothies. We pulled up, and a kind, younger woman took our order. She told us to pull up and park, which we've never been told to do before so we were confused as usually we pull around to the other side. We pulled forward, parked, and waited a while for our order. We saw some cars that were behind us pull around, so my husband backed up and got in line as we thought we had heard the cashier wrong. When it came time for us to finally get it, the woman (different than the cashier) was EXTREMELY rude. She rolled her eyes, threw our spoons at my husband and pushed the food towards him, and ended up spilling some of the smoothie bowl in his lap. She just stood there, staring blankly at us before sacrastically saying "have a great day", rolled her eyes, and walked away mumbling and throwing her hands around. I have never been treated like this before at any Smoothie King location, and I'm shocked at her unprofessional behavior. We will not be returning and will be telling others about our experience.

I visit Niceville’s smoothie king location frequently (at least once a week) for the last 5 years or so. However this business has seemed to have changed hands and the service quality has definitely gone down. This past month I have bought 4 smoothies and 3 out of the 4 were made incorrectly, I essentially wasted $30 this month. I ordered the same smoothie every time (strawberry pineapple metabolism boost), today’s smoothie had banana’s in it and I am allergic to bananas. I have called to let whoever know that my order was wrong and all I got was “sorry”, no resolution to the problem. Not sure what has happened but today was my last time visiting this location.
