“"I've been a regular customer at Panera Bread for quite some time now, and while I generally enjoy their food and atmosphere, there are a few issues that have consistently bothered me.Firstly, there was one instance when I ordered a turkey sandwich through their 'rapid to go' service but forgot to leave a tip. Unfortunately, it seemed like my sandwich had been dipped in a fish sauce, which was quite off-putting.Secondly, I've noticed a recent change in the dining area where they've removed the self-service cups. Now, customers have to approach the staff and present their receipts, which feels somewhat demeaning.Moreover, the cleanliness of the dining area leaves much to be desired. The floors always seem sticky, which is not very appealing.As for the restroom, particularly the men's restroom, cleanliness is often an issue. I've encountered instances of overflowing toilets, and the placement of the paper towels and soap dispensers is inconvenient and needs to be rearranged.Overall, while I appreciate the convenience and food quality at Panera Bread, these recurring issues with cleanliness and service detract from the overall dining experience. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and makes the necessary improvements for the benefit of all customers."“
