I received a digital voucher for a free sub and it was canceled. The subway site literally states to contact them, I do, first call I said “hey, I redeemed a coupon for a free sandwich and it was canceled, can I ask why” rude lady says “it wasn’t canceled it was voided” and hung up. Called again, different lady answers I explained that I just needed a reason it was voided in order to get a new voucher issued. She said they dont honor the voucher and hung up. okay that should’ve been explained in the first call. It’s a wonder how they’ve managed to stay it business with the way they communicate. Literally the easiest thing to do…

Caller: hey my order was canceled, can I ask why?

Employee: oh yea, I’m sorry, but we don’t honor vouchers at this location.

It’s that simple.. get it together ladies, your job doesn’t require rudeness

Before I got to the front door to open it up. I had the best aroma sensation that lit up my whole brain and waken me! I knew in that moment, that this is what I've been craving all day. That fresh bread smell is so delightful 😊 The young gentleman that was working lastnight at around 6:40 p.m. is an outstanding person! I have an allergy to onions and he was very kind and didn't make me feel bad even though I apologized for having such a rare allergy. He was beyond fantastic! Thank you sir for not making me feel ashamed of my allergy and thank you for believing me about it. Often people assume I'm not allergic. I do have an epi pen. Thank you, I know for sure I'm able to trust you with my life with preparing sandwich. I will most definitely come back.

Tell the guy with the beard (guessing he is male considering crap going on today) that he needs to wear a beard guard. Beard guards have been used since the beginning of time!!! What makes him special? Anyone like someone else's hair in their food, please let me know.

Warning! They expect you to eat your steak sandwich cold unless you want it toasted. Received mine cold ask them to please remake it and was refused service unless I wanted to pay for another sandwich! The little redheaded guy was extremely condescending and rude when I refuse to leave the store without the proper sandwich, he then proceeded to call the police!

Ordered food online and when I picked it up and got home all of my sandwiches had the wrong bread and ingredients. When I returned i was met with the only staff member the one who made my food and her excuse was I was just finishing what the guy before me was doing. So instead of doubl checking she made 3 random sandwiches and sent them out. She then got mad and snatched the wrongly made sandwiches out of my hand. Did my food get remade? Yes. I'm appreciative of that. Do not do something wrong and then blame it on some one else.

Worked here in the past. Store owner is belligerent, however the staff working there usually arent. They cant keep political opinions to themselves, which is sad because it cuts their revenue, doubt they care though. Corporate is gonna have fun with this.

Great staff on Nov 4th, 2024. Smiling and very nice. I like the outside decor and love we still live a country where people can express themselves without fear of backlash or censorship. I rarely ate there before, but have decided to eat the 1-2 times a week in the last two months! Keep up the good work, and be who you are and stand up for what you believe while you still can!
