I normally find Taco Bell food mid. And the drive through experience stressful. However today whoever was working around 4pm Tuesday June 18, 2024 did an amazing job. Excellent customer service, excellent food, excellent. It was the best food I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. It’s the first time I’ve ordered a crunch wrap and had CRUNCH. The food was fresh and well put together. No super long waiting time either. 10/10
Overall, this Taco Bell location was decent, though not exceptional. It was one of the few Taco Bell restaurants where the staff seemed genuinely friendly and greeted me with a smile, which was a nice touch. The wait time for my order was about average for the Taco Bell chain.
The burrito I ordered was of acceptable quality, though nothing special. However, the floors and dining area in the restaurant itself seemed a bit on the dirty side, which was disappointing.

But I hate the AI ordering system in the drive thru. It never understands any modifications and just ends up making the entire process more difficult than necessary. Please just pay people to do the work and don’t replace them with machines!!
