Placed our order at 5:00 on Saturday. Large fry—-cold and half full Hamburger—-cold Sour cream/chives baked potatoes, cold, no sour cream Horrible. Must’ve been left over from lunch. Wish I could get my money back. Horrible. The man at the window was hostile. Definitely WONT go back.

The restaurant could use come cleaning, service could’ve been better. Chicken tenders were cold and dry not even warm like they’ve been sitting for hours. Fries were almost warm and super greasy. Worst experience I’ve had with food from Wendy’s ever.

Why did I have to wait at the counter for literally 20 mins? While someone was mopping the lobby and saw me walk in. And two others looked at me from the back. Custer service here is focused JUST on drive thru.

This used to be the absolute best Wendy's around when Shorty (Luis) was manager there! However, it has gone way downhill. Stopped in around 2PM to grab a Frosty. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while employees looked at me and never even acknowledged my presence. Needless to say, I walked out without my Frosty and will not be going back!

If 0 stars was an option it’d be that…..the red head who is what seemed to be a poor disrespectful team lead showed no leadership to what looked to be a new hire.( 07/25/2025) Having a group of kids from a surrounding BGC community witness the aggressive behavior and most disrespectful customer service because the new hire didn’t fully understand the .40 cent up charge for lemonade was unacceptable.

The food is fast but the line isn't.
Updated: The last couple times I've gone, it's gotten worse than before. Don't have a lactose intolerance because you're getting cheese. It doesn't matter if you don't want it on your burger and it certainly doesn't do any good telling them. Simple things like "no cheese" shouldn't be an issue. It's two words. Less toppings. Less work. It should be easy.
The only reason I'm giving a second star is because the fries were warm enough and plenty of salt like I like.
Dietary restrictions: Don't go in there if you have any

The food was stale and had not been made fresh
It's ok because their recovery was out of the ball park

Wendy's niceville unfortunately continues to disappoint in both service and quality. Drive thru is the slowest in Niceville. Disappointed as this Wendy's use to be on top of their game.

I ordered a number 1 double combo large with mayonnaise only, my burger had ketchup and mayonnaise on it which was fine, I only received a medium meal instead of the large meal I asked for, the fries also were cold.
My friend order a number 9 double, and instead they gave him the same exact order I had, when he informed one of the restaurant staff "Maria" about his meal being wrong, she immediately accused him of wanting free food.
The unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service is simply pathetic, never eating at this wendys again.
