Chili wasn't good - watery and no beans. Frosty machine was down. Drive thru was down. multiple employees having personal conversations with a very long line. Employee who was not on the clock was standing behind the register talking to other employees. The bright spot was Courtney! She was efficient, took control where she could, and never got frustrated.

Tried the new wrap. ??? Don’t bother. Very poorly run Wendy’s. I’m seriously afraid to eat it. Service took forever. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was disappointed because every time I go here (it’s been almost 6 months) there is an issue. This particular time, I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal. Substituted the drink with a frosty for my 3 year old. The food was luke warm and not fresh, the ranch dressing I asked for wasn’t included, and I had to ask for a straw and spoon for the frosty since I noticed it wasn’t in the bag. I felt bad to have to ask for the napkins they forget and ranch. As usual the mentality of the service was “why do you want me to help you, instead of, “how can I help you”?! I don’t enjoy spending my money to eat as much as people do not enjoy working to get paid but it’s something we should take more pride in and do better than what we are. When I was 18 and a shift manager I took lots of pride in customer service and quality service. Unfortunately it seems harder to find hard working and happy to serve employees. I hope the service improves.

I went inside because drive thru was busy. I didn't order. I didn't stay. After the manager hollered front counter. After 5 minutes still nobody came to the counter. Not one eye looked towards the front counter. One little girl came up there looking for something but never made eye contact. Maybe she thought I'd she didn't make eye contact I was invisible. She did not even say a word. I was appalled at the lack of customer service and the lack of customer concern. I am done. Dairy queen is better anyway

Went late night and the floor was completely sticky, couldn't even walk around with out squeaking. Even had to clean my shoes when I got home. Food was good, service was on point , but the floor...one Star.

I was ordering from the counter and i saw one of the employees in the back he had long hair and was skinny with a little facial hair with NO gloves and he was picking his scabs while handling the food and as i was leaving the store he seemed to get angry and he started to loudly curse

I love this Wendy’s I go to this one and pass up the Destin one bc this one is so much better . All the drive thru employees rock! They’ve always been so kind and taken great care of me!
