A great location for a gathering and great food. Friendly staff make you feel at home, food is large portions and delicious, and the bar staff are very creative and make their drinks with great care.

Been going for years. There's a new menu with some new dishes. I got a steak dish with a stuffed pepper, similar to a chile relleno. However it was stuffed with grilled shrimp.

be careful providing your credit card at this establishment. My bill was $13, and they charged my card twice, amounting to ~$130. I am still waiting for them to give the money back. NEVER AGAIN

I have been coming here weekly for a year now and i order the same stuff everytime. Sweet tea and arroz con pollo. They literally had the best arroz con pollo in north Florida. A whole grilled chicken breast on a bed of rice with fresh pico and a freshly sliced avocado and cheese sauce, Was so good I had to have it weekly. I come in this week and order as usual and they Bring it out just covered in tomatoes. I tell the waitress hey they missed the sliced avocado and she’s like your right let me go get that for you. She comes back and says we changed our menu and it’s no longer on the menu but your can order an avocado if you want. Took it off the menu but I can order it? I was just here a week ago and it was on the description. Just crazy

Chips tasted stale,the shrimp soup and mango cervice was magnificent, I had cheese enchiladas, they were good but not hot inside and didnt come with rice,but definitely will be back,service was fantastic

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Añejo Cocina Mexicana in Nocatee. The service was excellent and Mr. Leobardo gave us amazing recommendations. Every dish he suggested was delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall, an okay experience. The complimentary chips and salsa were appreciated (as is customary at many sit-down Mexican restaurants), but the chips tasted commercial and lacked freshness.

The burrito was massive—easily filled the entire plate. The person who ordered it only made it through about a third and said it was “just okay.” My enchiladas were decent, though a bit dry, but they were filling. The guacamole on the side was likely the best part of my meal. One person in our group ordered the trio of tacos and said it was the best dish at the table—the tacos looked great.

Happy hour specials were underwhelming: $2 off draft beer and house margaritas. When we asked if there were any other specials, our server didn’t mention any. My margarita was so sweet I ended up diluting it with water.

The real highlight was the service. Our server was friendly, efficient, and personable. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and professional. The restaurant was clean, lively, and clearly popular with locals. It was busy with large groups, and we loved the dedicated parking for community golf carts—definitely a nice neighborhood touch.

Worth checking out, but with some room for improvement on the food and drink side.

Amazing experience! Abdel was our waiter and gave top-notch service. I had the fried Red Snapper and it was absolutely perfect — crispí, fresh, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back!
