We ordered takeout; sashimi platter, mixed veggie roll, spicy yellowtail roll, tomo roll and soup. The Ingredients were fresh and the cuts of fish are fat. I also appreciated the real shiso leaves, nice touch.
The sushi here is very good. It is one of our go to non all you can eat sushi places. We have it in rotation. The rolls here are great and the shrimp sauce is my go to style. They have no problems customizing things when requested. Parking can be a pain if busy. The staff is great and they always hit the mark and are consistent. My favorite rolls are the 007, fancy roll, hwy 16, & the OMG roll

The sushi was so wonderful. Fresh , awesome quality, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Miso soup had a great taste! I recommend Tank's Sushi Bistro in Nocatee to everyone.
